Once I got to the register the cashier had no customer service skills. She gave no greeting. She didn't tell me the total. She never said a word. I know that people are people and sometimes you may be going thru things but it is still important to give good customer service. That is one aspect of your work responsibilities. It's almost so packed that it starts to feel cluttered, even though most items are organized properly. That being said the prices and variety are quite good. An item my friend wanted to pick up was sold out but that's because it was discounted quit well compared to other stores. I find their prices super competitive, but end up often going to other stores to do my general grocery shopping as sales on meats are often better elsewhere.
