He is very experienced and knowledgeable. Both Rafael and Jacie are easy to talk to and work with. Jacie had stopped by my house multiple visits to ensure measurements were correct and she gave really great input for how flooring pattern should be laid as well as the designs for the rest of the remodel. The modern designs team have such great attention to detail and that's very rare to find with a lot of contractors nowadays. They treated me more than just a customer which made the process fun and easy to work with. They finished in the time promised unlike other contractors who will push back a lot and delay. These guys are the best in Vegas!! I did a lot of shopping around for quotes and materials and these guys are very reasonably priced for the best quality work. Another thing that separates them is that they are good at communicating and kept me updated every step of the way. Had no storage. Didn't "complete the space". And just altogether didn't make any sense. So we went over to Cabinet Sellerz and I'm telling you--we struck gold. Peter is AWESOME. He was patient, helped with every single inquiry we asked, crunched the numbers no problem EVERY time I made some tiny change. He didn't ever rush me to make a decision, always followed up and simply made the process of picking our new island cabinets so easy. HE is the reason we went with Cabinet Sellerz, to be honest. I was confident in his reliable customer service. Fast forward several months to us getting the cabinets, putting them together, installing them, getting new countertops... whew. The process was LONG! BUT! I am SOOOOOOO happy with our new island. It brought me to tears to see the final product and I know that Cabinet Sellerz was a huge player in making this project a reality. No doubt. I will ALWAYS recommend them to my friends and family needing cabinets. They also worked with us on timing because my hardware didn't arrive, and they came back and installed everything despite the extra time because we had backplates and different pulls for each size cabinet which was complicated. We also appreciated their professional partner companies like National Stone that helped guide me to the perfect quartzite color that worked with our natural slate floor. I was set on a color and they were right it would have looked odd. Their guidance actually gave me everything we were looking for. We have now been living with our new kitchen for more than 6 months and love it more today. We would highly recommend CS because of their competitive pricing, professionalism, transparency and attention to the details.

We hired this company for a fairly large custom project totaling around $20,000, including custom…read moreFrench doors for our office and built-in living room cabinets. Early in the process, communication was inconsistent but acceptable, and our calls were always picked up or eventually returned. The project took a little longer than expected, but not to an unreasonable degree for custom work. Unfortunately, the finished product and post-payment support left us very disappointed. The French doors, while functional, do not look professionally finished. One door is slightly angled at the base, and there are multiple visible imperfections in the caulking and paint along the edges. For the price point, we expected a much cleaner and more polished result. Instead, parts of the finish look closer to a DIY project than high-end custom craftsmanship. The living room cabinets are definitely more professional-looking, but if you inspect them closely there are noticeable defects. Our biggest issue has been with getting to fix problems after payment. One of the shaker-style cabinet doors on the living room cabinets broke shortly after installation. Since we had not yet made the final payment, they repaired it quickly, and we paid the remaining balance. However, the repair appears to have been temporary because the same door broke again within a couple of weeks. After that, communication became extremely frustrating. They initially sent someone out to take the door for another repair, but then we experienced months of unanswered calls and texts despite following up weekly. After roughly three months, we finally got a response and were told the door could not be repaired and would need to be remade. Someone came out to take measurements and promised an update within a few days. That was nearly 3 months ago, and once again we have received no responses to calls or texts. At this point, we have been without a large, highly visible cabinet door in our living room for over seven months and no longer believe this issue will be resolved by the company. We will be finding someone else to fix it. Based on our experience, I would strongly caution future customers that once final payment is made, getting follow-up support for issues or warranty-related problems will be next to impossible.

If you are looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and responsive general contractor that gives great…read morevalue for your money, look no further. For my kitchen and bath remodel project, I called 12 different contractors and got estimates from 5. GI Construction not only had a competitive bid, Isaac's bid was more comprehensive than any other, including critically important dependent work that no other contractor discovered while making an estimate. For example, since I wanted to completely redo the master bath shower, stripped down to the sub-floor and studs, Isaac pointed out that the floor tile for the entire bathroom ought to be replaced also and explained why. No other contractor noticed that and left me thinking I could keep my existing flooring. When you hire a general contractor, you are also hiring their network of sub-contractors and skilled craftsmen. GI Construction has a solid network and I was particularly impressed with the interior paint job, the tile installation for the shower, and the cutting and fitting of the granite counter-tops in the kitchen. Everyone did a good job, from site prep to clean-up at the end. Some craftsmen worked into the evening or weekend to make sure the work was done right and looked great. Valentin is the production lead on site and made sure everything went smoothly. Valentin is super responsive and collaborative and worked with me through every construction decision, large and small. Valentin has been in the business for a long time and knows what works and what doesn't. You can trust him when he gives you the best option for a fix or change in the plan, and you can sleep easy at night knowing that Valentin is running your project. Note that GI Construction is not an "all inclusive" contractor with an in-house design department that literally does everything for you, including selecting and procuring materials and fixtures. You provide the design and materials, and GI Construction does the construction, installation, and finishing. You'll get plenty of advice from Isaac and Valentin on how to find and buy materials, like if you have no idea what a Schluter is or where to buy one, so don't worry about that. Just be prepared to do some legwork and shopping once the contract is signed. On the plus side, this means that every decision about color, composition and style will be completely under your control.

So…read morehappy I called and got in touch with David and Valentina, they are so helpful and the slabs we got - which was a steal is actually really premium quality. They focus on large size porcelain and if you're in Vegas you have to stop by their showroom, it's massive and they have slabs on the wall already which is very helpful to see how your shower walls or fireplace could look with the stone. After we picked out our slabs, about a week later we sent a driver and they loaded the pieces so fast. The main slab yard is outside toward the back of the building and they are loaded with options.
