What I love: how the building looks on the outside and inside; the owner is very kind, friendly and eager to converse with visitors; and the idea that you can purchase an album by The Jungle Brothers, David Axelrod, Andre 3000, De La Soul or D'Angelo along with sweet treats from the bakery is just so cool. As a cratedigger who loves buying records, this is just so impressive to me. The great artwork hanging on the walls is another plus. A family member bought a delicious strawberry cake for my birthday a few years back, and that was my first introduction to Crumbville. The owner's decision to offer vegan and gluten free desserts was a smart decision, but she also offers regular baked goods.
