The flavors I chose were the strawberry crunch, banana pudding, fruity pebbles and the Oreo. These were all delicious! All my guest and I were very impressed with everything. I placed my order over the phone, followed up through email, and the entire process was pretty easy. I will admit I was a little nervous there was a slight delay in email response time. No. If I wanted another cookie, I would have ordered another one. I ordered a specific cookie for a reason. She then offered me a refund, which I agreed to. At that point, William, a shift lead, came over and told me they could not process my refund and that I would have to wait for a manager. When I asked for the manager, I was told "they don't have one." So let me understand this: Crumbl took my money, sold the product I had already purchased to someone else, and then could not refund me because there was apparently no manager available. William explained that although he was a shift lead, he did not have the ability to authorize the refund, and apparently only certain leads or a manager can do so. He gave me the manager's email and told me I could reach out to get my money back. This is some of the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. Mistakes happen, but what is unacceptable is having no ability to resolve the mistake for the customer who was directly affected by it. I should not have to chase down a manager by email to get a refund for a product that I already paid for and never received. I am extremely disappointed with how this was handled and expect my refund to be processed immediately. Customers should not be left paying for products that employees accidentally sell to someone else, nor should they be expected to figure out how to get their money back afterward. Crumbl needs to do better. This should not be allowed to happen.
