Once I was able to decide everything, the invoice/payment process was easy and Erica remained in contact with my day-of coordinator regarding delivery which I am told was also a seamless process. I left Farozan a frantic voicemail once I made up my mind and she called me back to patiently explain what she needed. She was very nice and accommodating. We exchanged emails and I showed her what I wanted. The end result was awesome. I also mentioned we needed something very low sugar because no one in my family eats too much sugar. The cake turned out the be the best thing I ever had! Super moist chocolate cake, delicious strawberry compote filling and a naked vanilla icing.
