I was happy with the service, although it did take time, but there were a couple of issues he couldn't fix, and one time he "fixed" it and it had to be "fixed" again, and a couple of times he did more than was authorized. Then last September my wife followed me over to drop off the car. As I was walking into the office to hand them my keys, the owner hit my wife's Honda Pilot with a flat bed truck and did extensive front end damage. We called the police to file a report but he begged us not to turn in an insurance claim. After calming my wife down we reluctantly agreed that he would have the car repaired in a timely manner. He did, but when I picked it up, there was a sensor light on the dash. When I asked I was told that had nothing to do with the accident. I then took the Pilot to my Honda repair shop and he told me that the sensor was right where the car had been hit and had been damaged. He was nice enough to call the guy and explain this and the sensor was replaced. All of this would have been a sad story, but I called yesterday to get my car back on the road and have it checked over and was told, "we don't want your business." Just tragic how unprofessional. Take your car there at your peril.
