The counter person was helpful as was the tech who serviced my truck. When the tech told me he was finished and only needed to collect his tools, the counter person came in describing a bad situation from a previous customer. In a few minutes he headed up to the counter and spent several more minutes on the phone. At this point the dealership owner came in as I was going to pay for the 59 minutes it took for the repair. The dealer told the counter person to charge for 1.5 hours. He then smiled at me and walked away. The counter person said this was normal. Hmm and that phone call...

Ryan Salino, the gentleman that greeted me, was very helpful and willing to take the time to explain the dealership policies and the great level of care that they take to ensure clients are satisfied with their purchase (3 days return policy, financing selection and 3-day possible change, not working for commission, lowest advertized price possible (no haggling), etc.). I initially went to the dealership simply to have a look at a used Prius V Two that was advertized on their website, but after discussing with Ryan and seeing the great incentives that Maguire was offering on a specific new Prius V Two, I took the latter for a test drive in the surrounding countryside and loved it. My wife and I ended up visiting the dealership again the next day where Ryan walked us through the processes (insurance, financing, extra protection, etc.) and, a few hours later, we drove away in our brand new car! Excellent experience - we will recommend to our friends!

I bought a 2012 Prius V with approximately 100K miles, decent shape, exterior in good shape. Three mechanics have told me it won't pass New York inspection because of severe rust throughout the frame. To replace the Master Cylinder and brakes would cost me at least $4000. The car is totaled and I'm out $9000. Should I have had my mechanic check it before I paid cash for it? Absolutely - but in all previous experiences I have never had a problem. This is a bad credit high interest rate which is bad enough but then to refuse to fix it properly under the warranty and risk people losing their jobs for being out of a car because some asshats who call themselves mechanics are too stupid and scammy to fix it right.
