It was at 8:00. I told them I don't drive until 10:00 because I have had seizures while driving before so I take my meds at 8;00 to make sure it's 100% safe. Called me. I was confused. On Friday I confirmed my appointment on Monday. Jordon who has been rude to me every time we have talked. I confirmed our appointment Friday but called and Gave me a personal reminder about my appointment. I was with my mother in law who has Alzheimer's who fell at her caregiving facility and was at the Hospital picking her up. That is unacceptable to call me on a SUNDAY for an appointment I confirmed on Friday. A personal reminder on a Sunday ? They called me and my wife Monday morning and I was sleeping in. They called my wife who was at work. I would have gone but still very upset about Sunday. I have epilepsy with a memory problem. I came in a day early for my second appointment. Jordan not considerate about my condition. The appointment was at 11:00 but handed me a card saying 10:40. He didn't explain why or if it's okay with me. He stormed off as usual. Dr. Duffy & his staff completely understand this and have always scheduled me for extra time so I can take "breaks" during routine care or any type of other care. In January I had my routine dental cleaning & check-up and let Dr. Duffy know I had a "lump" on the roof of my mouth. After he looked at it he said I needed to have a biopsy done & he immediately referred me to an Oral Surgeon & got me an appointment with them that day! Long story short, I had a tumor in the roof of my mouth but thankfully it was diagnosed in time & after having another surgery the pathology came back clean on all margins. I am beyond thankful that Dr. Duffy was so proactive, knowledgeable and realized the potential seriousness of the situation. Dr. Duffy and his staff are kind, understanding, thorough & absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend them!! They are very professional, understanding, patient and sincere and the absolute best!!!

I can say without hesitation that Dr. Young is world's better than the last dentist I was seeing in Keizer (Shorview Dental). I also very much appreciate the fact that they can see me on short notice, whereas my dentist in Keizer told me it could be 3-4 months just for an appointment to get a cavity filled (ridiculous). Upon review, he recommended a second crown next to it. They scheduled to have both teeth prepared for temporary crowns. After that appointment, they abruptly canceled the crown installation in 2 weeks, as the office was closing for vacation and extended the appointment to one month. With this appointment, Dr. Sitnik had his assistants put the crowns in. They did not clean for any debris. Upon relaying to Dr. Sitnik later, he said that cleaning is not necessary, as the mouth is full of bacteria. He also offered botox for bruxism. With the first injection, I was pleasantly surprised having relief, but it was short-lived. I was told injections had to be spaced out every 3 months. With the second injection, Dr. Sitnik spilled some portion of the botox on my cheek and wiped it off. He charged me the full price. With this, I noticed no relief. I relayed to him, and he said it was like a pain reliever that did not work this time, so I should try it again. I asked him later for a copy of my informed consent for botox, and he left me message that it was "given verbally and documented." With the second crowned tooth, my retainer no longer fit. When speaking with an assistant, she said that they could fix it. So, when I brought it in, they said they could not, and suggested I go back to my previous dentist to have them make a new one. With the botox not working, my jaw had a reaction with a bottom tooth hitting into my top tooth next to the new crown, and it has had pain to pressure, sensitivity to cold and hot, and a ridge consistently since that time. When I brought it to Dr. Sitnik's attention, he said the damage was "minimal," and to "give it time." I continue to use Sensodyne, and getting it checked from another dentist elsewhere. His receptionist offered to have my records faxed to my new dentist, and I asked for them to sent to me. Dr. Sitnik refused, citing privacy practices that need encrypted. With so many positive reviews, I am shocked at the poor service received by Dr. Sitnik.

I told them about how I get anxiety at dentists and was given the option to have nitrous. Everything was explained to me on how they would temporarily fix it and I explained how I wanted a bridge. I was set up got a cleaning and then today got prepped for a bridge. Unlike other places where I feel like my anxiety was not addressed the staff was very calming and polite. I have established Oak Park as my dental office and now my husband has as well. We will definitely be recommending this offi e to others for their dental needs.

To the point where even as I child I was having panic attacks. Every dentist I had treated me like a scared little kid even up until adult hood. So I stopped going. My fillings needed replaced, I had a cracked tooth, I had a cavity or two, and I was letting my mouth go to hell all because of my fear. But then I found this office, and everything changed. Dr. Bateman and his staff treated my anxiety seriously. They offered sedation methods that calmed me down to the point of WANTING to get treatment done. Then was told that they didn't have the product to make them yet & would have to push my appointment out..once again for the following week then called me the very next morning ( after a holiday) & said they product was in & my dentures were done.
