He was able to come the same day to fix the vent. From beginning to end they were very professional, personable, neat and efficient. Art showed me the blanket of lint inside my dryer and the poor dead bird that apparently had gotten stuck in the duct. They cleaned both the duct and the dryer within an hour and left no mess and no footprints. I was very pleased and impressed. I highly recommend All Brite for your duct cleaning needs.

It took a couple maintenance visits to isolate the problem as a tank entry pipe separation issue. Fixed the black water tank while RV was still under warranty, and was paid for by Forest River. Used RV after that repair, and it was obvious the grey water tank was having the same issue. Went back to service center for further repair, and though RV was now out of warranty, Forest River stepped up and paid for the repair without hesitation.
