Paul's Appliance Repair was wonderful. I have a Whirlpool Refrigerator that was not cooling although the freezer worked. I called Paul's even though I was afraid I would just have to replace the fridge in the end anyway. They came right away, knew what was wrong and even had the part on the truck! Before they realized they had the part with them they had already called a parts place in Albany and were willing to drive there and get it. I needed service on a Whirlpool refrigerator.I had called 2 appliance stores and left a meesage and didn't hear back for 2 days. I called Paul's and got a return call in 2 hours and an appointment for the next day. Rusty came in, wearing a mask and very polite and professional. Rusty showed up in the same day as my online request. The ice maker in the office break room has been out of commission for at least ten years. Rusty came in and was able to install a new one in less than two days. I knew when he left to get parts that he would return and finish the job well. Over the years we have been so pleased with the service of Paul's Appliance Repair. They are honest, prompt, reasonable and highly skilled. This past April Rusty was able to restore our 9 year old washing machine to pristine condition after we (unwisely) put in a small area mat in there and pieces of it totally clogged up the motor. Called these guys after SEARS did not keep their appointment time and still hadn't shown more than two hours and a couple phone calls later. They sent a serviceman to my home with 30 minutes and the washing machine and drier were fixed right away. The service charge was less than the diagnostic and preventative maintenance fee alone would have been for Sears. I'm very happy with the service A+++++ read more

Paul gave me truly extraordinary service! Our dishwasher stopped cleaning just before Thanksgiving, of course. Had repairmen from Pauls twice now. The first time they fixed my gas dryer recently fixed my freezer and icemaker. The key word here is FIXED!! Both Paul and The other serviceman(Rusty?) were there as promised,diagnosed the problem immediately, and fixed the problem. The price was resonable. I put their phone number on speed dial! About a month ago the igniter on our oven was broken, called up Paul's and made an appointment for the next day. Rusty came and fixed it up within 30 minutes, awesome! Now about a month later the igniter was back to its old ways so we called up Paul's again and that same day Rusty came back and replaced the part for us, for free. Highly recommended! read more

It's great having a local responsible appliance repair shop. I called on Memorial Day and Rusty showed up at 10 the next day to check out our refrigerator.
