But the guys at Westbrook we AWESOME. Super patient with him walking through his project, giving him a quote, working on a re-quote, and when the price still wasn't in the dad budget, helped him select some useable parts from the scrap area to work towards what he needed. And when they learned he was just starting out, they said "hold on, we've got some scrap that's too small to sell" and handed him a box with about 10 pounds of small parts and told him to go practice... which he did." (He managed to build a nightstand like table with them... not bad!) Long story short, my son has a new hobby and I will basically go here from now on whenever we need metal or welding supplies, because the level of service is out of this world.

The lower corner hidden under the plastic corner was a large forklift gash. They made me rent another U-Haul to drive 45 minutes back to return it. Instead of apologizing for their mistake they said I need to go back home to get the small plastic cap that I forgot. Their headquarters representative said I don't have to return the cap on their damaged tote but I was livid. These unapologetic and unconscientious people in dripping springs are terrible. Do not go to this location. They set 3 totes out for me and didn't bother inspecting them. How would they not notice hitting their forklift against the tank when they set these aside?

I refuse to pay a processing fee, for a "seconds" product sold as a premium. Why would I pay extra for boards that are primed if I needed to sand them?
