The last 24 years were with a company that started with 6 folks that is now worth over 20 billion in just 28 years. They got there by holding on to two standards. Take care of people and respect the individual. The rest is history. The other day i brought a product back because it wont burn, it collapses. I am on a fixed income trying to stay off pain meds so 50.00 to me means nothing to your business but very important to me. This has happened once before and the manager on duty had no problem exchanging it. It was an inferior product and It was the right thing to do and it reinforced what i thought were M/A,s also. To my surprise, your manager only mentioned what your policies were over and over. I could tell she did not want to hear my side and immediately got defensive. She did offer a discount on another product but no exchange. You will hear more about this and not sure how it made it to your shelf. I was very professional choosing my words. She then called in security to watch me, very embarrassing. I chose another product and mentioned to your tender i could not afford it and thought it was wrong. He then yanked it out my hand and asked the guard to escort me out. I NEVER raised my voice. I speak to hundreds of people in classes and meetings. Here is a good indication I came in to get something and I was greeted by a nice young man who didn't work there and was doing a demo as soon as he was finished letting me know he tried his best to had it off to one of the budtender and they looked at him crazy like he was doing something wrong they didn't want to help me out at all I had to even say something but I was still ignored so the nice young man grabbed it for me and set it at the register so they can ring me out. Then I seen the manager yell at the nice young man that was doing the demo and try to be little him in front of everyone who was in the store. It really sad that that Manger Jamie really dosent know how much o be a manger or how to talk to people that why I can see this store get bad reviews really poor management. I would fire the managers there also all the budtender they have no care for people there at that location so be warned if you go to this place just be aware that they are too good to help anyone out and if there is a special running don't ask for help on that either . There are affiliated with local 135 so union members please shop there tell your friends and customers whatever tell everyone these people are amazing they have everything all kind of stuff. If you don't have a medical marijuana card they are medical only and if you don't have one they will get you one the cost is $20 and $20 will come off your first order. And don't get me started on the personnel from the security guard to the personnel inside the store. They are by far the best that I've ever dealt with. There's drive up service plus there's delivery service however I recommend you go in there because it's a lovely place to go shopping. They have specials all the time & and it's a joy to go there.
