Shane was incredibly helpful and professional, and the whole experience was quick and seamless. I was in and out in no time and beyond satisfied with the service. My sunglasses were stolen from my vehicle while it was being detailed. I've reached out multiple times for a resolution and reimbursement, but I keep getting the runaround. I even provided the manager with a receipt showing I had to replace the stolen item, yet I've received no response regarding a refund. They reviewed the security footage and confirmed the sunglasses were taken by the detailer. Be extremely cautious about leaving any personal belongings in your car here! read more

The place is a joke, I came in for an oil change and the mechanic told me that because my truck was over the mileage that I supposed to come back so now I have to flush my engine. I told him no I do not wish to do that at this time. When I went back in to pay for the service they have added $33 dollars more for (special filter) and (extra oil) So now the oil change comes out to be $133.19 Wow!!!!! What is wrong with car washes up in North Georgia. I come from a big a big and expensive city where I can get a complete wash for for half the price. Here at Bolt, it's expensive, like $41.95 expensive and then the rush to get your car out of the way. I had to tell them to go back and clean certain areas. No wonder places like Xtreme are Best In Hall. There cheap. Find a less expensive place. read more

II had my oil changed on June 19 2021. We got the car home and it leaked fluid all over the driveway. We took the car back to Bolt they said it was degreaser where they had to clean up an oil spill on the motor. Yesterday I drove to Atlanta on the interstate and the emergency / urgent light came on. I stopped at an auto parts store and my car was almost completely out of oil. I took it back same day. It was the oil pan plug that was been leaking. After waiting 30 minutes the manager came out and said your car is fixed. Invested almost 30 minutes sitting here in the car wash trying to get a five dollar basic wash. First, car wash stopped running because they had to refill solutions. Then the whole thing is held up by one vehicle sitting in the exit apparently broken down after me honking the horn sosomeone would come drive it off. I took my wife's car in to have an oil change and wash. I have use this place for my truck for years. Since the ownership change, service is lacking. They came in and told me my tag light was out and if caught I would have a $500 fine ( lie #1 ). I told them I knew one of them was out (right side). He said it would be 6.99. I said go ahead and replace the right side. When the ticket came in, they were charging me for both. I asked for a manager and was told he was not there. I called later and spoke to Tim who said he was there all morning and said I should have taken care of it while I was there. He said to come and see him and he would take care of it. The next day I was there and asked for Tim and was told that he was not there. I am upset and recommend you not to use this establishment. They will cheat you. read more

Do not go to this place. The customer service is awful. I sat outside with my son in the car for 25 minutes not one person came up to me to speak to me my son then cut his lip on his sippy cup and was screaming at the top of his lungs. I finally got out of the car and 3 men working did not say a word to me. I walked up to one of the workers and said I need to take care of my son. He kindly reassured me to go in he will be inside in a minute to get my information. I went inside and once again sat there for another 20 minutes. I finally got frustrated came outside and happened to talk to the manager and all he could say was I'm sorry he was not helpful at all and didn't not seem to care whatsoever. Paid for a $29.95 car wash. Got ripped off. The car was wiped down poorly and when we tried to point out areas that were still dirty the lady walked off. The inside of the car was suppose to have armor all but did not and the door jams were not cleaned at all. They rewashed the exterior then we got stuck in the car wash for several minutes. After this wash no one came over to inspect the car or help wipe it down. Horrible service. Will never go back. Extremely disappointed and angry that businesses do not even care read more
