Extremely rude person and not even a hint of guilt or apology. Plenty of choices around here so I will move on. Have to say that their cleaning towel, liquid cleaner / glass cleaner are always well stocked even if one rarely finds dry towels ! I guess they are trying to manage their electricity bills by removing the towels before they are dry.

Brought my parent's car and mine. Service is consistently great. Everyone is friendly, prompt, and helpful. I also really appreciate the two gentlemen that prep the car before it goes into the car wash. I've been to other car wash places that do the prep but it's not done anywhere close to how well this place does it. The car wash options are great and they do a thorough car wash job. The machines they use are of good quality compared to some other places I've been to that do not brush well or even brush my car at all during the wash. It's also clean, organized, and has nice cloths and filled cleaners available to use on your car in the vacuum sections. I also love how they still have a combo deal when you get an oil change. A free car wash comes with it. I highly recommend Duluth Car Wash for the great customer service and care for oil changes and car washes. Support local. I emptied the contents of the car so that the cleaners could clean everything. Before getting out of the car, I pointed out two stains (one on the ceiling above the driver side door and one on the ceiling in the rear seat) and asked they be cleaned. When I got the car back to go home, I didn't notice until I got home that the stains were not touched and the glove box was DIRTY...crumbs etc. They are so busy they miss details. I drove my dad's other car down to wash and detail it and was told they closed for the day. No notice on their FB page of the closing. Oh well. I drove back up to Sautee and waited for another time. Today was the next time I could go down (a few months later...now Feb 2025). I called Diamond to make sure they were open and when they were open. I was told at 9:30 that they were opening about 10:30 or 11 due to the cold weather. I drove down and got there a little after 10:30. I was told they weren't opening the wash/detail until noon. I explained to the woman at the counter that I called after 9 and was told 10:30 or 11. She replied the weather was to blame. I said it was sunny outside and the person told me 10:30 or 11 am. The young woman said the workers weren't coming in till later. Oh....so the workers come in when they want and I guess leave when they feel like it. The young woman got snotty and said "Honey, come back later." I'm not her honey and her rudeness is a fine example of why young people need training to work with the public. I will never return to Diamond again.

I called and explained and spoke with Danny. He was very welcoming and explained what could be happening (without making me feel dumb) and was more than happy to get me scheduled to ensure what he thought was correct. They always take great care of my husband's truck and when my car needs to be serviced I'll bring to them as well because of the great customer service over the phone.

My recent experience here was not only a prime example of unethical billing but also a horrifying instance of mechanical negligence that nearly cost me my life. ​Initially, their inspection report stated that I only needed to replace my rear brake pads. However, the final estimate and invoice heavily inflated the scope of work, charging me for rear brake pads, rotors, and a brake fluid exchange. ​The real nightmare began a few days after I got my car back. While driving, a brake caliper bolt completely fell out. This is an absolutely unacceptable and fatal error for a mechanic to make. Due to their incompetent work, my brakes failed, and it could have easily resulted in a deadly accident. ​I managed to slowly and carefully limp my car to a nearby, different auto shop to get it safely re-attached and repaired. When I contacted Team Ryan to demand a refund for their botched brake job as well as the emergency repair costs from the other shop, their response was completely absurd. They agreed to reimburse the cost of the emergency repair but blatantly refused to refund the original brake job, claiming that "the work was already done." ​They charged me for unnecessary parts, performed incredibly dangerous and sloppy work that endangered my life, and still felt entitled to keep the money for the labor they completely botched. ​If you value your safety, your life, and your hard-earned money, do not bring your car to Team Ryan. This is not a shop you can trust. ​[UPDATE in response to the owner's reply] ​It is terrifying that you publicly classify leaving a brake caliper bolt loose on a heavy vehicle as mere "human error" rather than "severe negligence." Failing to properly secure a critical life-safety component is the absolute definition of negligence. ​Yes, you paid for the secondary shop's emergency repair--but only because your botched work left me stranded with an imminent catastrophic failure. However, you conveniently left out the fact that you are STILL refusing to refund the nearly $1,000 I paid YOU for the original, dangerously defective brake job. ​"Standing behind your work" should mean fully refunding a service that actively put a customer's life at risk, not just paying off the emergency fix while pocketing the money for the failed job. My warning to other drivers stands: Avoid this place.
