Marco's Pizza is definitely one of my go-to delivery spots. I haven't been inside yet, but based on the food alone -- they're doing a great job. The pizza is solid, especially the crust. It's seasoned well and honestly kind of addictive. Sometimes I find myself enjoying the crust more than the toppings -- no shame. I've also tried the cheese breadsticks -- 12 pieces, finger-sized, and super filling. These are dangerously good. I could eat the whole box if I'm not careful. What I really appreciate is how they're generous with the sauces -- sometimes they throw in an extra or two, and that little touch makes a difference. I've done the Build Your Own and tried the Big Cheese -- nothing wildly unique, but both are consistently well made, satisfying, and reasonably priced. It's the kind of place that won't blow your mind with creativity, but always leaves your stomach happy and your wallet intact. No bad experiences, no delays, just good, dependable pizza. Where to begin? I can't even believe this happened. I placed an order with this place on 8.9.25 at 7:28pm, contactless order. estimated delivery time was 35 - 45 minutes. By 8:30pm, the food had not arrived. I called and asked what the delay was and how soon the food would arrive. the person on the phone and the driver spent the next 15 minutes arguing with me that they had delivered the food, basically calling me a liar. we ended the conversation with the person on the phone telling me to call the Manager on Monday. I had to then place another food order with Rosati's at 8:48pm. their pizza arrived 30 minutes later. later that evening, my sister left at 1 am. when she stepped outside she saw that Marco's pizza order sitting on my front step. we couldn't believe it. so Marcos KNEW they delivered the pizza to the wrong house, went to go get it, and dropped it off at my house. the driver never rang the doorbell, knocked on the door, or call to apologize for THEIR mistake. who know how long the pizza had been sitting out there? but it wasn't there when Rosati's delivered their pizza at 9:22pm. I called today, Monday, to talk to a manager. I noticed right away the person in the phone was the same person I dealt with over the weekend. He said he was the manager and never transferred me to someone else. instead of taking this opportunity to recover, he took the driver's side saying the driver doesn't ay games and the he knew what I was trying to do......the AUDACITY. I couldn't believe it. WHY would I go to such great lengths to argue over a mediocre pizza?! Injaut wanted my money back because I never received the pizza. Then they go and get the pizza from wherever they left it in the first place to leave it at my front step for God knows how long, while bugs crawled all over it. They never even let me know they had found the pizza and brought it. I will be disputing the charges with my bank. but don't EVER order from here! read more

First time coming to this Marcos pizza , location was about 40 mins from me one way.. but we came. Why? We are originally from Texas and had this chain of pizzas there, it was delicious and they do a butter garlic Parmesan crust so good and old world pepperoni it's like regular pepperoni but smaller and crunchier, delicious! Pizza was great they kind of skimped out on the pepperoni but flavor was amazing. I've never seen a sit in location like this one. Located in beautiful downtown Barlett, it's beautiful! You can eat in or take out and drive a few blocks down and sit at the park, there's so much to do near this pizza joint. I do have to say that the specials here were a lot more expensive than Texas , I would usually pay $18-$22 for 2 large , here it was $38! And 2 garlic sauce cups. Make sure you order and select all the crust flavors ... it's like garlic bread on your slice! Yum!!! Get a pepperoni magnifico! Or my personal fav old world pepperoni with bacon and jalapeños... need i say more?! There's pop drinks here , I didn't see alcohol at this joint, I doubt they sell it here, and I did see restrooms and the place was clean and nice and looked new. I know its a pizza place but if you're going to have wings on the menu you probably shouldn't serve burnt ones. Just disappointing since my wife wanted wings instead of pizza and she got burnt ones. Probably wouldn't have noticed if we got sauce but she wanted plain. In addition, pizza was very well done (close to burnt) and the cheesy garlic bread is dry We will not be ordering from here again. Very disappointed. I went on to the website and saw a promo for two large pizzas, unlimited toppings for only 8.99 each, carry out only. I called to place the order and when I went in to pick up they charged me close to double and said that that offer is only good when you order on line. They were extremely rude and refused to offer me the deal. In addition, I also slipped and almost fell because it was raining and they had no mat at the door and the tile is ceramic. Whoever made my pizza on November 2 evening at around 6pm got me really sick. I have the stomach virus from the pizza. I know it is from the pizza I ordered from this place because I woke up shivering 3am in the morning and been throwing up all day today. I'm not sure what the other reviewers expected from a pizza chain in Bartlett, but we have been very happy with the quality and the prices. You don't have to pay extra for the crust toppings like you do at Morretti's and you can order online and specify light sauce, or other customized details. This isn't a high end pizza experience but it is still very good pizza. Try the Parmesan crust. And the sausage is good too! The cheese bread was tasty (lots of Garlic and your choice of two dipping sauces). We'll order again and be happy we did. read more

Two out of the three of us love Marco's! The other one (me...) think it's fine. I don't know what my holdup is. Maybe it's the franchise feel?? We only order delivery and it always arrives when promised. The thin crust BBQ chicken pizza is my favorite while the boys will indulge in lots of other things including the chicken tenders/bites and the cheesy garlic bread. I just find the bread way too greasy. Coupons are easy to find and they always include some on your pizza box for next time. Ordered 14 pizzas for our basketball teams got there and the owner rudely explained that he thought the order was fake and didn't make it then proceeded to scream at me for being upset that my order wasn't ready on time. He didn't care about anything and has zero customer service skills. He even mentioned he knew I would be mad that he didn't make the pizza, but he didn't make it anyway. Also refused to answer when asked how many fake orders he had received in the past. If you know your customer may be upset, screaming at them and saying you don't care may not be the route. I ordered for delivery at 5:15 pm, it is now 7:50 pm and still no food. Someone called and left a voicemail on my phone saying that the driver went to the wrong address in Hanover Park and they weren't sure if I was in Hanover Park or Bartlett.....well news for you buddy, you should have gotten that info when I asked for delivery!!! Not only that, but when I called back I talked to a girl and confirmed that my address was indeed in Bartlett (considering that's the town the pizza place is located) and she assured me that the driver was on his way. An hour later I called the place back and told them I had not received my delivery yet and they claim that it was because I was not home when the delivery driver came.....there was 4 people home in my house, then I told Raul that I paid for food and I don't have it, he told me "well honestly, the food is no good anymore, it's been two hours and I wouldn't even eat it now".........are you effing serious!!!!!!!!!???????? I don't want you to deliver me 2 hour old food, why would you even say that???? After being made to feel like it was my fault that I even ordered delivery he finally offered to make new food and send it out (which I doubt they are going to do, won't be surprised if I get food poisoning), he never asked me what I wanted....if I wanted a new delivery or a refund, if it was up to him it almost seemed like they were gonna take my money and I was just shit out of luck. Well...the other two reviewers stole my thunder ::angry fist shaking at Jim and Laura::. This place IS Pizza Hut, which means you'll hate it but your kids will love it. Mine told me "it was almost as good as Pizza Hut but not quite", so there's your one sentence review right there. I've tried it twice, once when it opened and I was curious and once because I lost a bet with my kid. I had the classic pizza with half pepperoni and half "old world" pepperoni. The only difference I could tell between them was that the old world pepperoni was smaller and shaped like a little bowl that was full of grease you could see, and the regular pepperoni let the grease sink in to the dough to attack you ninja style. I also had the cheesy garlic breadsticks. It was really one large, uncut square of bread that would keep an army of vampires at bay with all the garlic on it. Worse though was every bite I took I could literally feel butter oozing out of it into my mouth. If you go to this place instead of V&V's and didn't lose a bet with your kid, I'm not sure anyone can help you! read more

We ordered online for pick up and everything was ready when it said it would be. we got 1 large sausage and 1 large white cheezy which was white sauce, bacon, onion, 4 cheeses including feta, tomato's (i ordered no tomato's though), garlic butter sauce, and I added the garlic butter crust topping. I am not sure what the other folks are coming from... but i have tried this place more than few times and and never had any bad experience. Food is great, staff are friendly, and cozy environment to even dine in or just chill while watching some sports. I love their pepperoni magnifico and cheesy bread. prices are comparatively reasonable than others. I've born and brought in bartlett area and very much familiar with other pizza places as well. V&V, pasta mia, etc... are good, but Marco's pizza quality is bit better. ... It's a new place and just like any other places around the town it's settling in..... rather better. whenever i walk in, they are busy.... because of the the quality of the food they serve and i don't mind waiting a bit for good food. I also had catered from them for my son's birthday party and pizza were made right, and delivered hot on time. they have good selections to offer, and I have yet to try each of their items. but so far it has been great, It's definitely not a pizza hut joint. This place is horrible. I got a pizza delivered and it was mess inside the box, like it had been dropped. I called the store and the manager wanted me to send him pictures. Like I was making this up. Tried giving them a shot since they are new to the neighborhood, never again. The pieces I could salvage tasted like cardboard. Go to v and v pizza across the street for a real pizza.
