Delicious vodka sauce and perfectly cooked mostaccioli. I had V&Vs through a catered event and was impressed! The food was delicious, the delivery staff were helpful, cautious, and kind. A few weeks after the catered event, I ordered food from V&Vs and had it delivered to our home. The quality and taste was again really great! I've wanted to try this place for a few years now. I wasn't too far so I stopped by. I called in my order and was advised 20mins. I arrived on time and my thin sausage and mushroom pizza was ready. It was fresh and hot just the way I like it. I will say their toppings are scarce. Look at the pic it shows 1 sausage on each slice. Best pizza around -- I've known V&V to clearly have that reputation -- and it's correct. Last night I had a dinner party (a rarity for me) & told guests it'd be lasagna. Due to some last minute bad news, I had to find a different restaurant than planned. I'd only thought of V&V's for pizza, but saw their website & found lasagna. The descriptions from that menu & their employee when I called convinced me. Excellent, awesome, perfect! We all loved their lasagna! My original restaurant in mind (very close by) changed their "lasagna" to a pile of white goo rolled in a noodle. Because of that mistake, I now describe V&V as the Best Pizza AND Lasagna around! Ordered delivery from here for the first time. Ordered the double dough V&V Paesano Special Pizza which had sausage, pepperoni, bacon, ground beef, mushroom, green pepper, onion, and black olive. I omitted the olives as I'm not a fan. The woman on the phone who took my order was friendly and answered any questions I had. The pizza arrived hot, fresh, and 15 minutes earlier than they stated over the phone. I was surprised by how thick the crust was as I was unsure about what double dough meant. Im disappointed to need to give less than a stellar review as the food is pretty good. Normally would rate them a 4 for pizza of the places ive been but disappointed in the middle of a pandemic when you go to pick up food how they seem not to have most employees wearing masks appropriately or if at all . Ordered pizza last night and when i came to pick up the manager/owner isnt covering his nose even when in front, and staff only wears appropriately when coming up to the counter - not when in back or when around not just eachother but also the food preparation. Its not that hard to do, and seems others had said the same thing prior to my post. Definitely disappointed. Will be considering other places for my food options till the pandemic ends read more
