Still very dependable, Chicago tavern style thin crust pizza. They are still mailing out 20% off $15 purchase or more to near-by houses, and were able to use it. Got two 16" (pepperoni for $24.24, the other rosati special $27.49), and especially liked the special. They gave plenty of cheese which covered the toppings (instead of having the toppings on top). The vegetables (mushrooms, onions, g peppers) were thinly sliced and were cooked enough to still have that crunch, but not taste raw. The outer edges of the crust a crispy (cracker crust like), but the inner pieces can be a bit doughy. It's easiest to pre-order on-line, but I had time so ordered it when I arrived. Ordered online this Sunday evening on my way home from work. I ordered the penne noodles with broccoli, oil and garlic. It was perfect! This meal was very garlicky (which I love), so it hit the spot. The broccoli was cooked well and Parmesan was sprinkled on top. It's a classic for me. I also ordered the cinnamon bites, which came with a cream cheese dip. It was quite a hefty portion for the price, I was very surprised and it was delicious! The service was prompt and excellent. I arrived early so I knew I would have to wait a bit, but it only took an additional 5 mins, so that worked out well too! This location is a pick up/delivery only. The inside is nice and looks fairly updated. There is one bench for waiting, but if the service is always like this, I don't see why you'd need it. I will be back! read more

on Tuesday 7/23/2024, I was eating my Mostaccioli al forno from Rosati's pizza in Hanover Park IL on County Farm Road when in the last scoop I bit into something glass like so i immediately spit out this foreign object only to find out that this was an ADULT MOLAR......absolutely mortified I spit out the rest of my pasta went to the bathroom to wash out my mouth with hot water then continued to check on my teeth to see if it was mine. I was horrified to learn that indeed it WAS NOT MY TOOTH. I called the this restaurant and talked to the manager stating I was going to head over asap and wrapped up my plate and sped over. the manager Miguel offered me THIRTY dollars for finding a tooth in my pasta. I was astonished that this manager thought 30 would've settled this traumatizing event. He wanted to call his boss and the boss said only to refund for the pasta nothing else. It was 55.50 with tax and the manager was only going to give me 50 but I said add the tax since is the only thing you're giving me. He also said it wasn't from the kitchen it was from the distribution Greco and Sons in Bartlett. Then proceeded to tell me they get the ingredients and he said they only put the pasta and sauce together and put it in the warmer so the tooth from from Greco. This is the craziest thing ever happening to me- I will never eat the same way after finding this tooth and I will never stop sharing and showing people this tooth I found in my pasta. read more

Rosati's makes a solid pizza, no matter how you... slice it. And, at this point, I'll let their history stand on it's own - they've been in the exact same location for 30+ years. You know they run a solid business and treat their customers right with that kind of track record. My most recent visit was much like all others: simple and easy. We place our order by phone and then pick it up. On occasion you run into an issue but they have always done what they can to correct a mistake and make things right. Most recently I've discovered their chicken wings, not sure why I have not had these before, and they're delicious! All future orders will include these from here on out - HIGHLY recommend! There's always the debate among Bartlett residents of V&V vs. Rosati's. Honestly, both are great pizza and you can't go wrong. However, my family has always been a Rosati's family and I don't see that changing any time soon. read more

Pound shrimp dinner was undercooked and chewy and a bit slimy. Last week we ordered pizza and though it was OKAY, we thought the crusts were too blonde. Because of this we ordered our 2 pizzas, "well done." DO NOT ORDER THIS WAY because only the top is well cooked, the crust is still white and gummy-cardboard-like. Cannot recommend for pizza. I ate two small pieces of pizza and thought they gave me cheese instead of the pepperoni I ordered. I ordered from Rosati's last night for delivery and ordered the shrimp and Italian sausage with marinara sauce with a 2-liter Sprite, but instead, I get everything correct except no Italian sausage with marinara sauce. Instead, they give me mozzarella sticks! These are basic mistakes to make. Please check the items before you leave the Rosati's to deliver the food. Also, I typed in special instructions for the delivery person to leave the food at my doorstep because of COVID, and then the driver calls me and says, "can you open your garage so I can leave your food on top of your car?" Well, pizza here is good but I have a few issues. Slices are now really small and not worth it. You spend $4 for a slice and can of pop you'd expect to get a full slice. Not the case anymore. As for the pizza, the last few times it's been burnt and the crust is hard. I would expect that at 200pm in the afternoon, not at 1145 right at lunch time when the pizza should be fresh. As for the guys behind the counter- they are nice but I've never seen them wash their hands after handling money. They always seem so busy to help when nothing seems to be going on in the back. Rosati's Pizza has some pretty good food! I enjoy their pizza and they have very delicious mostaccioli. But the customer service at this location was shocking enough for me to never want to even bother ordering from here again. I called at 10:50am on a Tuesday wanting to place an order for mostaccioli. Someone answered and put me directly on hold, which I waited for a good 5 minutes before anyone came back on the line. When I told the man I wanted to place the order, he told me "can you call back later? I'm in the middle of a lunch rush and I don't have time to take your order." Pretty sure he could tell by my tone I was shocked when I said "ok..." because he felt the need to add "unless you wanna be put on hold for 15 minutes". Thanks but no thanks. I ended up calling the location in Schaumburg off of Golf Rd and placed my order in 3 minutes. Payment and all. The Hanover Park location needs some serious work on their customer service skills. read more

I was going to order for delivery but then discovered the medium pizza was going to cost $25 before tip. I little shocked, I decided to pick up a couple of slices instead. Big mistake. The slices weren't ready yet. According to the only guy working there, he'd sold out everything already had had more in the oven. But the first would be done in 4 minutes. So I figured I'd wait. 10 minutes later he pulled it out of the oven. Still quicker than driving somewhere else, so I was ok with it. Then I discovered you can't buy just slices. You're buying a drink too, even if you don't like their drinks. Fine. $4 per slice. Ugh. Ok. Got home, and discovered the dough is still somewhat raw. Tastes horribly doughy. Also the slices aren't anything like their thin crust. With their sauce and cheese, and raw dough, the thicker crust really doesn't work well for taste. Another concern about this is that they don't have the prices listed. It's neither on their website for how much slices cost, nor on their menu in the store anywhere I could see. Especially not on the pizza slice case itself. I kind of felt bad for the guy who was working there. He was obviously overwhelmed and in a hurry, but he was glaring at me when he asked me what kind of drinks I wanted and I discovered I was paying for drinks too. This after he'd boxed the slices and charged me. Really guys, put up some kind of sign indicating the cost per slice and what you get. Also, offer slices without drinks. Why do I have to buy drinks just because I'm buying a slice or two? Not going to be a problem for me anymore. Never buying slices here again. But for the next person it would be nice. read more

Asked for the Hawiian Luau pizza and apparently he has no idea what I was talking about responding like I was some crazy person asking for some ridiculous pizza. No help with trying to find what I wanted but what irritated me the most was I went to look at the menu again thinkibg maybe I misread the name but nope, there it was the Hawiian Luau. Either fix your menu or fix your employees. I just moved into the area and eat pizza like im in college. Ordered my half bbq with pepperoni sausage and onions on one side and the other half is just cheese. I got in there 10 min later than they told Me to come in giving them time on a busy Friday. I had to wait an extra 15 minutes while they redid my food bare hands no gloves or any sanitation. A sign saying no cameras or photography so they don't get in trouble I guess. I go home to see my pizza isn't what I wanted. It's a fully bbq sausage on one half the other bbq with pepporoni and onion. I call while the owner himself is making the pizzas and ask for credit back or refund. He tells me I need to come back after 30 min if I want another pizza, while raising his voice at me telling me I'm a liar and I'm not getting credited I told him for my first time trying and coming here it's my last. 1 star for the sanitation and customer service.
