Great service here! Chef Vincenzo gave us recommendations and even a sample of their focaccia. We decided since we didn't have much time to just get a slice of pizza and then we had to buy the focaccia! We went for the giardenera And can't wait to heat it up and eat it later tonight. They have seating but appears that dine in service is not available at this time. There was a small table where we could eat our slices though. It's a lovely place with a great Italian market. You can buy homemade products or products imported from Italy. We highly recommend!

We've been going here since they first opened in Carol stream and still continue to go weekly to their new location. They have catered for our wedding and many other parties and events. The food is insanely delicious and the menu is always being updated. When you walk inside you can feel true customer service and hospitality. Can't do much better then Pietanzas. They have passion for what they do.

Did you know Bartlett is pretty divided on its pizza? Well, after living here for a smidge over a year that is something my husband and I quickly realized. Bartletters generally lump their pizza options into two buckets - Pietanza's or V&V's. After trying both a few times, we're proud to be in the Pietanza's camp. Here's why... I realize how silly this sounds, but it all starts with the phone call to order. Every single time there is a friendly voice that answers and is ready to take my order. I'm not rushed or talked over; Friendliness truly goes a long way. The food is consistently delicious. It's hard to venture out and order anything except pizza, however we've ordered the sausage, peppers and potatoes a bunch of times because WOW! Occasionally I'm on a 'no pizza kick' but the sausage entree is such a fantastic option! It also comes with salad which is always fresh and tasty. They really try to make as much from scratch as possible and I really appreciate that. Pietanza's put their heart and soul into their cooking and it shows. Lastly, the delivery is always earlier than the provided estimate, hot out the oven and well packaged. We love us some Pietanza's and you should too!!!

I reheated it in the air fryer, slightly better. Oof.

Maybe one time for each pizza? Either way, the pizzas were ready in a half hour, as promised. Seen on the menu that an XL pizza is $22. The toppings must be obnoxiously expensive as my 3 pizzas came out to a total bill of $110. Shame on me for not keeping the receipt. Would definitely get that Specialty pizza again if I didn't think that was the wallet buster. I'm certain it was.

No one was in there & no one was even picking up a pizza on a nice day. We had to dine in instead of eating in our car as we came here from Chicago. We paid $$16.99 for a small pizza with half mushrooms & half sausage. There was only 4 small pieces of sausage & hardly any mushrooms. Can mushrooms too. WE barely ate much & we both were hungry. Never again. Very over priced for what you get & no flavor with the sauce, cheese or anything. This is a terrible pizza. I have had frozen pizzas that were much better. Skip this place & get pizza some place else. I know prices have gone up everywhere but this is crazy! They are charging more & cutting back on the size & using very low & cheap cheese & toppings.

I forgot to take a photo but it's probably as big as my head and the crust is thick too. It's not thin like a New York slice. You could definitely share it between two people or save half for later. This most recent time, I asked for a slice but didn't mention the soda. I assumed by asking for a slice, it automatically came with a drink since that's what's advertised. I also assumed he charged me for the deal since the total came out to $6 and something. After I paid, I asked if it came with the can of soda because he didn't say anything about being able to grab one from the fridge. I'm happy he was nice enough to allow me to grab a drink anyway even though he claimed he didn't charge me for it, so thank you! I guess it's my fault for not making it clear I wanted the drink, but I also think he should have asked me if I would like to add that on. If you advertise a slice and drink, I'd think that most customers when asking for the slice, they're asking for what's being advertised and are expecting it to come with the soda.
