I paid 20 dollars for this. The cheese literally taste overdone with a texture closely resembling soft leather. I'm not sure what happened because the pizza is usually good at this location, must have hired someone who doesn't give af. They o

Finished my son's baseball game at 9:23pm. Called Marcos Pizza. Only to be hung up on a few times before trying to order off the website. After selecting items to order, I am greeted with a prompt that states they are no longer taking online orders for carry out, please call the store to order. I then called the store back at 9:36. The General Manager answers, but she refuses to take my order stating the store is now closed. Mind you, Yelp states they are open until 11pm, and Google and the Marcos pizza website state they are open until 10 pm. The General Manager tells me they stop taking orders at 9:30. I asked her point blank, so you are refusing to take my order at 9:36 pm. She responded yes we have been doing it this way for the past six years." When asked if I could schedule a time to speak to the regional director or her supervisor to understand the logic of refusing to take carry out orders 30 minutes before as other Marcos pizza locations do not have the same policy. She stated that some stores stop orders 15 minutes early. The general manager then hung up on me and refused to provide me with her supervisor contact information. Ended up ordering pizza from Pizza Hut... Much better customer service, by the way.

    Paper Plates! (no dishes!)

Excellent pizza and superb delivery service, et al. We ordered 2 XL's and forgot to ask for plates and napkins and cheese packets and crushed red pepper when we ordered. Called back a bit later and requested the above list and PRESTO! So, Buon appetito!

Large, regular crust, and a ton of random toppings I was craving.

We had taken reviewers advice to make reservations, which proved invaluable, as the place was packed..on a Monday at 6pm. We were seated immediately and greeted by our server. I had mentioned on our reservation we were celebrating a birthday, and I think every member of the front end wished me Happy Birthday at least once! Overall, service throughout was impeccable! I am a huge fan of Chicken Parm, and have struggled over the years to find a version that compares to my favorite Italian eatery in NYC...pounded super thin with crispy breading and nearly overflowing the plate. I have found a new favorite, and confess I couldn't finish it. My wife had the Chicken Valeria which also was outstanding. Entrees come with a side salad...House or Caesar for a small upcharge. Both fresh and plentiful. After the mains, we had no room for dessert..as usual, but we were surprised with a pistachio cannoli for the birthday boy and it was easily one of the best cannoli we have enjoyed...even across may travels to Italy and NY. Overall an awesome dining and birthday experience, and probably good it's not in my hometown in NC as I would likely get in trouble! Five plus stars!!

For my friend's birthday (he's not a desert guy) so they brought him a complimentary glass of champagne with a candle and we sang happy birthday. I thought that was nice! There was another gentleman waiter who would pop by & ask if we were good - but he wasn't our waiter, now of course I don't mind that he was attentive, friendly & kind but the person receiving the tip for waiting on us should've been doing these things. We started with the cheesy bread & tomato bisque soup. A nice way to start. Then each had the lunch special which came with a soup or salad we each chose the salad that comes with a balsamic vinaigrette - I had the beef stroganoff, my mom had the chicken florentine. Really solid dishes. My asparagus was cooked perfectly - I love that. All in all a good meal - oh and a nice glass of sweet red wine. $42 each incl tip.

If you're sitting at the bar you can see the window where your food comes up -- our salad and fries both sat there about ten minutes before anyone brought them the ten feet over to us. Not a huge deal, but it's a little cruddy sitting there thinking "I'm pretty sure that's ours" and waiting. The ambiance is very dark, with a lot of stairs up and down -- you head into sort of a basement-type area. Everything I saw was clean and nice. It's a cool, funky spot to take a date or hit for happy hour, so the vibe and ambiance are definitely spot on for that. Signature cocktails -- all fine. Not the best thing ever, but solid. I'd have them again. Side salad -- good. The ranch is made in house and very flavorful, and the salad was actually loaded with veggies. French fries with garlic aioli -- a bit of a letdown. We didn't even finish them. They came out okay, just a little dry, and the aioli itself wasn't very good -- we didn't really like it. Pro tip: The entrées looked pricey, which is why we stuck to snacking at the bar -- and after the fries came out, we were fine calling it there and eating elsewhere. Overall, would recommend for happy hour, and would return.

What I did try was the stellina spritz flight. So that's what I'll be reviewing! For $10 during HH, you can try 3 of Stellina's spritzes. The classic aperol, blackberry ginger, and lemon lime. All of which were so delicious and well balanced. And for $10, this is a great deal! I believe $12 usually. Now I like a classic aperol (they just call it the Stellina) spritz, but it's fun to try some different flavors! The second best is lemon lime and I'd say my third choice is blackberry ginger. But they're all good and you can't go wrong. So here's the thing--this place is more of a place and order and sit. Less of a restaurant with full service. I don't mind it! The patio was super nice and covered, but the sun still came through. On a nice day, I loved it. But we ordered and then it was all brought to our table pretty quick. Again, it's drinks so I don't know how fast the food comes, but everyone seemed content around us.
