Ordered a pizza earlier this afternoon. The driver didn't follow up the contactless instructions. Opened the door to retrieve my pizza and she is standing there with the carrier right side up. Horrible staff of kids that like to play games. I put an order in for delivery. They closed early and never tried to contact me. When I called they gave me all kinds of excuses and said it would be canceled. It never was canceled and the store manager is a joke so I have to go through my credit card company to dispute the transaction. I will never eat at Marco's again after this. read more

I ordered to carry out for my family- 3 pizzas. They had a special going on for 2 large 2 topping pizzas for $20 and medium 1 topping for $6.99. The pizzas were made well and the service was great. The store is closed for dine in eating and there is no outdoor seating available. The staff seemed to be gloved up and also wearing masks. When I called to place the order, it went smoothly and I was told my ticket number would be placed on the window. About 30+ minutes later, I arrived to pick up my pizza but there were no tickets on the window at all. I called and was told my pizza was ready. I'm not sure why they said it would be on the window?? I walked into the restaurant where they had set up tables around the door so that customers can only walk so far in. From there I was asked what my form of payment would be, gave them my card, and they gave me my pizza. Grabbed some red pepper flakes and Parmesan cheese packets which were out for easy access and walked out. Their hand sanitizer dispenser was empty. Consistently good pizza. My family especially enjoys the "Magnifico" pizzas. The sauce and cheese they use tastes really fresh and the pizza is greasy like NY slices. The pizza is also affordable being they always run specials. Their brownies are pretty dern good too! The only downside is their cheese bread just isn't that good and the marinara that comes with it is even worse. Like..really fake tasting. Plus: delivery is fast and the items are hot when they arrive. Drivers are hit and miss some are nice others are...not. read more

The staff is unprofessional and could care less about their customers, the business owner nor Marco's core values. The staff failed to give us our full order. My husband went back to get the 1 pizza they failed to give us, after he noticed getting to the car we didn't have one of our pizza's. To our surprise the young lady came to our vehicle to search our vehicle to make sure we weren't lying and stealing. She wanted every box to be opened *forget we are in a pandemic* We are small business owners here in Douglasville and an Educator. The way we were treated was horrible and we were embarrassed. Ordered a deluxe pizza to my business. When it arrived the pizza had processed mushroom slices. These were not fresh by any stretch of the imagination. This pizza was really good in the first 2 months. Now it has dropped off a cliff. You would be better served buying one of those premade pizzas from Publix or some other grocery store. Very upset. Purchased a pizza on yesterday (Zesty Meatball Large) total price was $13.77. Paid with my credit card signed the receipt and walked out with my order. Checking my account on this morning and noticed a charge of $16.77. Someone added a three dollar tip on the receipt. To me this is theft on my funds. Will address this as soon as the store opens. Been going to this site from the time they opened never had anything like this happen before. The pizza is great I truly enjoy it. But I just had a bad taste placed in my mouth. I have been to this location before and the pizza is great but the customer service is awful. Tonight I decided to place my order online so they would get the order right. When I arrive to pick up my pizza, the manager was yelling at an employee at the counter and teaching him how to count money. I ordered two garlic butters at $.59 each and neither one of them were included with my order. 20 minutes later, when I got home, I discovered that my pizza was not prepared the way that I requested. I wish I could give 0 stars. I went to this location and the so called Manager was extremely rude and told me that this was her store and that she didn't have to sell me the pizza that I ordered. My card was charged 9 times and was then locked from my bank for suspicious activity because of all the double charges at once all because the system glitched. She told me it was the machine but then said well nothing she could do. I told her I would just call my bank but that this was ridiculous. She told me she could call the police and have me removed since it's her store and she owns it. She also told me that she wasn't going to sell me the pizza after I already gave her my new form of payment. She gave me the card back after she pretended to swipe it. I asked for a receipt after she started talking to an employee and that's when she said what she said. She then calls the owner which I've been a costumer for years so I'm familiar with him. I knew she wasn't the owner. She's not a person to leave in charge of your store. This was a nightmare I never got loud or disrespected her. read more
