Having someone from the drive-through assist during busy periods, or assigning an employee specifically to communicate with waiting customers and provide updates on delays, would likely improve both speed and the overall customer experience. While I was waiting, three different customers came back into the store because their orders were incorrect. That suggests there may be communication breakdowns between the front counter, kitchen, and order fulfillment. I know every restaurant has challenging days, but with a few adjustments to staffing, communication, and workflow, I think the experience could improve significantly.
