I worked with management ahead of time to put in a large order for a hotel event. The managerial staff were very professional and made me feel at ease about the large order being in great hands. The delivery person arrived precisely to the designated conference room at the hotel with warm food, a huge smile and a pleasant personality. The pepperoni pizza, plain wings with sauce and garden salad were all hits for the event. Only a small bit of the salad was leftover. I would work with this restaurant again. read more

Second time grabbing pizza from Marco's and both times have been impressed with the pizza. The first time was a slice from their to-go cart at a festival and it was hot, fresh and a large slice of pizza! The second time was a whole pie also from there Mobil pizza cart at a local baseball game. This was a sausage pie and was also very decent sized slices . The sausage was really good. Long time customer, and had a few instances of not so good Pizza, but remained loyal to support local businesses in our area. This instance was just ridiculous and frankly pissed me off. I consistently order a vegetarian Garden pizza. Today my husband got home with our two pizzas. His Triple Pepperoni pizza oil was on the top of the box of mine, but it didn't affect my pizza. What DID EFFECT MY PIZZA...was the CHICKEN! I called, a new one was delivered, Hannah was a very nice & polite delivery driver, and the new pizza checked out. I gave her the Chicken pizza, and she again apologized, but it wasn't her fault. It seemed a new person made my vegetarian pizza...and their pizza making should be watched over until they learn the difference between a mushroom and a chicken piece. Overall, MARCO'S is our go-to pizza place...but this time, I couldn't let it slide. We will order again. Yes, as Brad mentioned, I wrote "One job - Fail" on the inside of the lid. I mean it. It was Friday night and what's better for dinner than wine/beer and pizza. The hubs tends to gravitate towards papa johns weekly. Thankfully, Doordash offered a variety of pizzerias within our vicinity. Marcos looked promising, so we ordered an Italian sub, deluxe calzone, build your own pie with and up charge for pepperoni, and large cheese pizza. There was no complaints on delivery, so kudos to Doordash. The calzone had a nice filling of sausage, mushroom, cheese, onion, and green peppers. It was quite flavorful, and had a good amount of sauce. The dough was soft with minimal crisp making the foundation weak. It was hard to eat by hand without everything spilling over your fingers. This calzone seemed like a knife, fork, and plate meal. It came with tomato sauce and ranch for dipping. I did enjoy the Parmesan seasoning encrusted on top. The Italian sub was ordinary. It had the typical pepperoni and salami meats and cheese thrown inside French bread. This one in particular was broiled or put in the oven and forgotten. There was burnt marks on top, and the bread was hard to bite into. Hopefully, next time they are more mindful in the product before they wrap it and send it out to customers. I enjoyed the pepperoni pizza as well as the cheese pie. The crust was fluffy, with a slight crisp. Cheese and sauce was a good ratio. The sauce was a little sweeter than I'm used to. This is more doughy and consistent to a Mellow mushroom pie. Not bad for pizza nights! We would try Marcos again! read more

I pulled up to get my pizza & as I'm walking to the door an employee is literally standing right in front of the store smoking weed. I have no problem with what people do in their personal life's but to do that in front of the place you're working at is absolutely unacceptable. read more

I don't recommend their wings at all. They seem to be air fried and were slimy no crunch and just not good at all. The lady on the phone had a nasty attitude when I ordered so I didn't even bother calling or going back. Kids got pizza they are very easy to please and only got cheese but said there was barely any pizza sauce on the pie. We won't be back. read more

Thoroughly unimpressed with my order today. Got a medium pizza, some chicken dippers, & an antipasto salad. I ate the chicken dippers upon arrival; they were decent. Kiddo said the pizza is awful cold & she could live on cold pizza, so if we choose to order again, we probably won't get that. My biggest disappointment is the antipasto salad. I asked in the "additional instructions" spot on the DoorDash app that the salad be chopped & have no olives. Not chopped & covered in olives. I picked them off, but the flavor was still there, & I avoided a quarter of my salad as a result. It wasn't even a difficult request. I get antipasto's chopped all the time. read more

I called in an order at Marco's and immediately felt rushed to complete my order. As soon as I started letting the lady who answered the phone know what I wanted she would interrupt me with the total, never asked was there anything else I needed. I was made to feel like I was bothering her not only during the call to place my order but also when I picked my order up. She was sitting down when I entered and never once asked can I help you, so I said I was there to pick up an order, she gave me my things and my total then started helping the person who came in after me before I was even able to pay. I just tried Marcos Pizza for the first time and OMG! The pizza is amazing (I'm a New Yorker and I'm very particular about my pizza). If I can eat the crust of a pizza that's a sign that your pizza is delicious (for me) I ate the whole thing crust and all, hell I damn near ate the plate! 3.5 stars. This is a small chain location that funnily enough is next to a Curves gym. There were a few tables to sit down at and dine in. There was only one guy working there but he was nice. We ordered a lunch special pizza, got half chicken half pepperoni, and the garlic/parmesan flavored crust. The flavored crust was a nice twist. The pizza was REALLY greasy, so we had to do a good bit of napkin blotting, but it was at least tasty, better than the bigger pizza chains' pizza. Would be nice if they had more drink options available, just a couple of different varieties of Pepsi products in bottles there. read more

I went downstairs and the driver walked over from another apartment. I said he never rang my bell and he responded with "what, do you think I just wait in my car and make these things up?".
