HORRIBLE! I was stuck home alone with baby. I just wanted to eat dinner. After waiting 45min for just wings the delivery driver called telling me I need to walk out to the street for my food. I explained I'm home with sick baby and can't leave so I ordered DELIVERY! He refused to bring me my food saying my apt complex is a "shit sandwich" and he doesn't have time to look for my apt. He refused to deliver my food and left. I called the manager to complain only to realize the manager could care less and didn't do anything to rectify the situation. Very strange!! On Nov. 6th I ordered a pizza meat and a salad, I was told $32. Dollars, I thought that was high, considering they advertise two pizza for $6.99 each?. I was sick ordered because I couldn't drive. Delivery came in 15 mins! So fast that I thought maybe it was already made???? He charged me $32.00, but I had a $10. Off coupon which I received in the mail. I gave him two $20, $ 40dollars. Long story so sick ended up in hospital. So today is Nov.30th coupon still good until today. I called I told the person on the phone what happened. He apologized and said he would honer the $10off??? Still had the coupon! He said my address! I said yes. Then what can I get you, I ordered a large sauage, mushroom and extra cheese, he said one moment, he comes back and now statesxI am out of there delivery zone????lol. 1.3miles and they are the ones that sent out the coupons too my address, plus they deliver to my neighbors for 3 years???? Is it because I am not paying $40.00 for a pizza, or is it because your only delivery boy is the one that ripped me off???? What ever the reason is that is bad business!! Marco's Pizza in Hemet was a pleasant surprise to my husband and me when we stopped in for pizza for the first time. Although not impressive from the outside, the restaurant was very clean, had a nice pizza parlor ambiance and had a very pleasant staff. Joe, who served us at the counter, was friendly and patient as we examined the menu for the first time and answered questions for us to assist our decision making. Since we were unfamiliar with Marco's, we asked Joe how long they had been in business and he gave us a complete rundown on Marco's history as a chain and on the ownership of the store we were at, which we found very interesting. He kept us posted on when we could expect our pizza in between the many phone calls he took for pizza orders. Our food was very satisfactory. The green salads we had were nice and fresh and crisp, with a good variety of ingredients. I especially liked the cheese bread croutons. We ordered our favorite style thick crust pizza, with garlic and Parmesan cheese on the crust and it was very tasty. They also offer thin crust pizza for those who prefer thin crust. The pizza is very cheesy, with four types of cheese on it. Cheese lovers should be well satisfied. We dined in and had a pleasant chat with another family sitting near us who admired our pizza as we were eating. They were also first time customers. We told them what was on our pizza and that is was delicious and that they were in for a treat! We will go back again! read more

Went in and picked up a pizza Saturday night when I got home there were hairs baked into my pizza!! I call talk to night time manager on duty and he fights with me telling me it isn't possible because there are no girls working! I said the men working don't have hair? He said mama they are black and have baseball caps on! I said well that explains the 2 curly black hairs in my pizza!! He then says Ohhh!! So I drive back return the entire pizza the kid gives me an attitude then refunds my money with no offer of making it right in anyway!! Best part was there were 2 older gentleman inside who watched this all go down and as I left the kid rudely asked them, Are you gonna order or what? They looked at him and me walking out and said, No we aren't eating here after witnessing your customer service skills!! Lost 3 customers do to a rude disrespectful manager!! Excellent pizza! I have a Customer Appreciation Card and recently got the large Pepperoni Magnifico for my free pizza. The Old World Pepperoni is awesome! Sometimes there is a little too much employee grab ass going on behind the counter, but overall service has always been good. The coupons i get in the mail are always put to good use. Marco's is my pizza place now. Pizza Hut has always sucked IMO. Domino's is seriously overrated. Little Caesar's is like eating cheesey cardboard. Papa Johns isn't bad, but not worth the drive across town. read more

First pizza place since moving to the area and already a step up. Got my standard bacon and Parmesan pizza and the bacon was crisp and outstanding. The only change I would've made is I might've gotten heavy sauce because it seemed kinda light but what there was was also very good. The cheese bread was also very good but definitely get the sauces that come with it. I picked it up so I can't comment on the delivery but some of the time quoted seems like a wait. I have ordered pizza from here many many times. Do like it but i must say, it is super super greasy and overpriced!!! Pizza toppings are good, and cheese ratio is good, but some type of oil they use to grease their pans, soaks through the cardboard box, so that only tells you how greasy it is. I don't like that they never have decent specials, and to get a large pizza delivered is around 20$. Not sure if one pizza THAT greasy should be 20$. read more

Craving for some pizza last night and decided to check this place out. Ordered and paid for it online, the pizza & wings arrived within 25 mins, pretty quick.
