As a person who loves loves pizza hut this pizza hut spot was just not the best. its almost a tradition coming to pizza hut with my daughter and we love thin crust. now we always went to the location in Brawley and boy that pizza hut slapped. Here we are at Hemet and came to the Pizza Hut at 120 E Stetson Ave. so we ordered the usual 2 thin crust and bbq wings and 2 drinks. now keep in mind at Brawley the selections are great. we get our dishes and condiments like pepper flakes and parmesan cheese taken to our table as well as the drinks. variety of drink selections. Here in hemet we did not get nothing brought to our table as in dishes or trays ...nothing! we got our cups to serve ourselves drinks and to my surprise the variety of drink selections was..... ....disappointing :( ONLY 2 DRINKS TO PICK FROM! I did have a mess up today but the manager or lead was very nice, apologized and remade everything fresh for us . The store was clean and the ambiance was light With good customer service you can always make things right. We are all human and make mistakes. MASSIVE IMPROVEMENT! I haven't been to Pizza Hut in a long time as it was everybody's favorite in my house and I was never a big fan. But wow! They improved the quality of their meat times three! I ordered a personal pizza (meat lover's) and it was really tasty! It was twelve bucks for a personal pizza and drink, it's a okay-ish price. Overall, I was impressed because this was the first time I could say I really enjoyed every bit of my food. I'm a little sad this location is so empty now though. It used to feel like a local bar/urban pizzeria and now it feels dull, generic and lonely. They took out a lot of booths and some tables. Wrong order worst pizza I have ever eaten in my life disgusting was very cold had no sauce dry. I don't eat dairy so I had no cheese on it which I've had tons of other pizzas and it doesn't matter. So I was in the area helping my sister with some work on her house and she brought up this location as it was the closest to her house. I have struggled over the years with Pizza Hut not ever actually being one of my favorite places to stop by. We called in the order and it was weird because the person on the phone had an Indian accent and we had a hard time communicating but so what she's working but apparently from home because I could hear her kids in the background screaming mom mom. I told her several times I would like the three topping ten dollar thing even tried giving the code she said I didn't need it um ok. Latter I would see that indeed I did need the code. But here is we're this location saved it's self. It did not have the stay at home phone order mom and all the people I did deal with were prompt professional and very friendly. It was close to closing and they had no problem going the extra mile to go out of the way they fill all my request including opening a new thing of jalapeños for me so thanks so much guys for going the extra mile to help me out with a late night order.
