As a person who loves loves pizza hut this pizza hut spot was just not the best. its almost a tradition coming to pizza hut with my daughter and we love thin crust. now we always went to the location in Brawley and boy that pizza hut slapped. Here we are at Hemet and came to the Pizza Hut at 120 E Stetson Ave. so we ordered the usual 2 thin crust and bbq wings and 2 drinks. now keep in mind at Brawley the selections are great. we get our dishes and condiments like pepper flakes and parmesan cheese taken to our table as well as the drinks. variety of drink selections. Here in hemet we did not get nothing brought to our table as in dishes or trays ...nothing! we got our cups to serve ourselves drinks and to my surprise the variety of drink selections was..... ....disappointing :( ONLY 2 DRINKS TO PICK FROM! Sierra or pepsi...thats it!!! u can see from the pic the pizza finally came and wings i cringed when i opened my wings. wow. look at the picture and tell me you would not be disappointed as well and kinda disgusted. the pizza was over cooked and hard extremely. i am big on thin crust so trust me i know the way it should be this was way to hard you can see a pic were my daughter was literally tapping the plate on table with the pizza and would make a hard noise. pizza came in boxes and not in pan trays or with a pizza spatula and i asked for the pepper flakes and Parmesan cheese and they said its extra!! sad to say we tossed the rest of the pizza away was not good very over cooked and hard im not one to complain and try to get my money back we ate a few slices and wings but was brutal. but one thing the place is neat and clean and looks nice and has a few games and tv so very comfortable place not going to lie but too bad this is about the food not the place. now when we were done i looked around for the trash like many places have and not one to be found but just way back on corner there was a trash bin and thats were customers been putting the trash in. this gets 1 star cus the place was nice and neat other than that i dnt recommend. may nkt be the place it just may be the staff idk - I ordered something simple 2 thin crust pizzas and wings.I thought the texture would be nice and soft instead it was hard as a rock and overcooked.I swear it felt like my tooth was going to fly out. -these words were written by my daughter- read more

MASSIVE IMPROVEMENT! I haven't been to Pizza Hut in a long time as it was everybody's favorite in my house and I was never a big fan. But wow! They improved the quality of their meat times three! I ordered a personal pizza (meat lover's) and it was really tasty! It was twelve bucks for a personal pizza and drink, it's a okay-ish price. Overall, I was impressed because this was the first time I could say I really enjoyed every bit of my food. I'm a little sad this location is so empty now though. It used to feel like a local bar/urban pizzeria and now it feels dull, generic and lonely. They took out a lot of booths and some tables. They still have a couple things for kids, by far not as much as they used to. I'll be returning, but for carry-out! read more

Wrong order worst pizza I have ever eaten in my life disgusting was very cold had no sauce dry. I don't eat dairy so I had no cheese on it which I've had tons of other pizzas and it doesn't matter. Called in our order and it was supposed to be done at 7:40, we didn't leave the drive thru until 8:00pm. The woman working was rude when we asked for the ranch that we ordered and told us they were out, we could get a different ranch for an added fee so they gave us cold marinara that will just go in the trash. They do not do their own deliveries, they will forward it to a door dash. Wish is part of their scam, they will send u back and forth. You will not get your money back, you will not get any food. So I was in the area helping my sister with some work on her house and she brought up this location as it was the closest to her house. I have struggled over the years with Pizza Hut not ever actually being one of my favorite places to stop by. We called in the order and it was weird because the person on the phone had an Indian accent and we had a hard time communicating but so what she's working but apparently from home because I could hear her kids in the background screaming mom mom. I told her several times I would like the three topping ten dollar thing even tried giving the code she said I didn't need it um ok. Latter I would see that indeed I did need the code. But here is we're this location saved it's self. It did not have the stay at home phone order mom and all the people I did deal with were prompt professional and very friendly. It was close to closing and they had no problem going the extra mile to go out of the way they fill all my request including opening a new thing of jalapeños for me so thanks so much guys for going the extra mile to help me out with a late night order.
