So we have been trying to check out some new pizza places in town as we're getting a little tired…read moreof ordering the same old same old. So I got some garlic rolls as an appetizer and the buffalo chicken rolls. And I just got a pepperoni and sausage with mushroom pizza traditional crust. The toppings honestly on the pizza look like the ones I used to put on My Easy-Bake oven when I was a little girl. My man actually had to show me the mushrooms because I didn't think there was any on there. The garlic rolls were worse than the ones that I get from the frozen food section at the grocery store and a lot less flavor. I actually deconstructed the buffalo chicken roll because I don't particularly like peppers so I took the whole thing apart and there was one little piece of chicken in each roll with the rest being cabbage and peppers. It wasn't good to put it mildly. The sauce was actually pretty good for the pizza but the toppings didn't taste very good and it just was very bland. I believe we ate three out of six pieces and we sent the rest to the trash. Its average for me. The monkey bites dessert was actually good so they get a third star for that. Im good. Maybe i need to start cooking?

The pizza itself was ok, though a little on the greasy side. However, what really brought the experience down was the customer service. When I picked up the order--three "Boardwalk" pizzas--I asked for chili pepper packets. I was handed just three small packets, so I politely asked for a few more. The woman at the counter responded by grabbing a handful, tossing them on the box, and telling me that next time they're ten cents a packet. There was no visible signage indicating this charge, and it came off as unnecessarily rude. A little kindness goes a long way in hospitality, and unfortunately, that was lacking here. The food was decent, but the customer interaction left a lot to be desired.

Nice little bar with affordable drinks and bar grub. We ordered pizza, burger and wings. The cook…read morecame out and told the bartender she couldn't read what she wrote for the burger so I guess I shouldn't have been surprised when my Pizza that was supposed to have pineapple on it came out with pepperoni instead. I just ate it and didnt say anything. The pizza has a similar crust to That place in Maumee everyone loves. The rest of the food was decent and I'll return to try some more of their menu. They had several TVs with sports balls on and a table with assorted games to be played. Great rainy day bar.

It's in a shopping Center Plaza kind of off of the main road. I have been before but just for a beer. We sat at the bar area and the bartender was really nice. Sorry I didn't get her name. You can tell there's a lot of regulars that come here but we were treated just the same. They have about 10 taps and had a few ipas on there for me. What I really like is the prices. An IPA for $5? Can't hardly find that anymore. So we had two rounds of beer each and got two appetizers. I spinach dip and some pepperoni egg rolls. Both were actually really good. Spinach dip could use some more seasoning but that just seems to be the case almost everywhere anymore. Food came out fast and was delivered hot. Beer was Ice cold. It's kind of a small spot so you're either going to sit at the bar or at one of the few tables that are around the bar area. Lots of TVs around the bar. $31 for both of us. I do recommend.

I've been talking to my Toledo-born-n-bred coworkers about this "Toledo Pizza" phenomenon for a…read morewhile now.. (It's probably not a thing, but I'll consider a local phenom. lol) Don't know the full story, but I guess it goes back 60+ years, and it all starts with Gino's.. it mostly explains why many of Toledo-based pizza chains taste similar, including Pizza Cat, Mancino's, Amy's etc.. I've now tried all but Amy's and they're all on my Good-list. For those who don't know -- and to be fair, I'm only *just* beginning to understand -- there's the thin New York style pizza, there's the thick Chicago style pies, there's also more than a few true "Italian" style pizzas such as Napoletana or Romana pizzas, and there's the Toledo style pizza. There's very greasy. Their sauce has a bit of sweetness to it. Add also, toppings are spread all the way to the edge so there's barely any crust on them. For me, it's the last fact that gets sold. I don't necessarily like crusts on pizzas. I'm the dude that goes only for the the middle square pieces of Siciliano pizzas. Initially I wasn't too thrilled to hear about the "sweetness" factor, since I don't generally like my non-desserts to be sweet. But their sweetness is sorta like the sweetness you expect from BBQ sauce. It's not too overpowering (hindered by the greasiness.. in a very.. good.. way) and borderline unnoticeable, which I like. But what I like the most about them is that a 14" regular large size pizza will fill up my entire family with the amount of toppings they put on a pie. Initially I thought I had made a mistake of ordering too little when I saw the 14" box when I was picking it up. But when I lifted up the box, I noticed it was just as heavy, if not heavier, than say, a 16" pie from somewhere else. The heaviness of toppings reminded our family of a pizza place called Pizza Factory up in Phelan, CA we used to get our special pizza from, which must have contained something ridiculous like 20 different types of toppings.. Cashew nuts were one of our surprisingly favorite toppings. I've now discovered there's Mancino's and Gino's near (enough) by our place and it looks like I'll be torn between the two going forward.

Gave this place a 2nd chance. Got the same sub par pie…read more Ordered an xl pie with 3 toppings, over $20. Get there 5min after order pick up time, pie is tepid warm. For what is supposed to be an XL pie would be a normal large @ any other place. An embarrassment of what's called pizza.
