I've ordered pizza from here online twice. Both times they've claimed to not have gotten the order ... annoying but not a big deal. This time I ordered in the store & the girl @ the front said it'd be 10 minutes. After 20 I asked her what the hold up was ... she basically forgot to put my pizza in .. I watched her make it quickly, throw it in the oven then proceed to approach me with the utmost confidence claiming it's coming out & it'll be a few more minutes. I don't like my intelligence insulted but I didn't feel like being rude .. this location will jus get no love from me. If you see a young brown skin woman with short curly hair try to be nice when she messes up your order .. pretty sure she needs the job. read more

Called in our pizza 7:58 pm . And it is now 9:18 pm . We have called a couple of times a have gotten no answer. They told us the pizza would be delivered in 30 minutes . I am so disappointed . WOW! Don't over think this. Run away!!!! Customer service is beyond unsatisfactory. Management? What management! I attempted to place an order over the phone. Instead of simply taking my order, the gentleman on the other end of the line proceeded to ask if I had a cold or had the flu and recommended a variety of cold medicine. WOW! Been ordering here for years and usually had pretty good service. But the place is under new (bad) management - prices have increased and they jipped me on a order. I had a $40 order delivered and when it got here, the wings were mostly (7/10) the little two-boned portions (about one bite of meat) versus the "wing" portion that looks like the drumstick (about three bites). Really disappointed that on such a large order they would cheap out on me. Will find another shop because I like the product, but this new management is terrible. read more

Marco's has good pizza and good service. We went there for the lunch buffet. It was affordable and good. The pizza did seem to be better than Cici's, but the buffet selection was a little smaller. Altogether, a good experience. read more

I would eat dirt before ordering from here again. Our pizza arrived in 20 minutes. We live 20 minutes away. It was obviously pre made and tasted like it. We asked and paid for double cheese but didn't get it. This is the worst pizza I've ever had. Marcos pizza needs to fire the owner/general manager of this bish. They are the ones dropping the ball somewhere along the line when every time I go, there is a new team there working... high turnover, probably crappy pay, and more crappy oversight and management and training. It is pretty obvious after 4 years relationship that started GREAT and just went straight to the crapper by the end. They get my order wrong every single time. used them since 2013. lasted til 2017. done. never again will I order from them. Their website is also very funky, if you change size on a pizza, it will reset things without notifying you... had a 14" configured, changed to 16" to see price of that, switched back to 14", crust got reset from thin to classic. and the text is so tiny it is hard to notice that. They need to up their game or go bust or just remain like the rest of crappy pizza places, only for crappy people who do not care if their order is done right every time or not. They have no respect for my money or my time or my experience. A refund, a free pizza, free cheesy sticks, none of that makes up for screwing it up every time I order. read more

First time ordering from here and I have to say that I have found a new place for pizza. The pizza was loaded with fresh veggies and had the perfect cheese to sauce ratio. The staff was extremely nice and the owner gave me some free cheesy bread because I had trouble with the online order system. read more

I have say we went there the other day for the lunch buffet and it was so much better than it has ever been! And the wait staff was very friendly for a change! Me and my wife have been wanting to try this place out for some time and finally broke down tonight and did just that. Let me tell ya, we enjoyed it more than we thought we would. Their pizza, even after we stopped off somewhere else to grab something for her mom was hot when we got home (we did a carry out order, I'll get to why in a moment). The cheese was great and they didn't skimp on it. their sauce was outstanding, plenty of toppings on them and the crust, some of the best we have had. The folks that work there are friendly and they get your pizza out to you as fast as anyone. They also have some real good specials during the week. On Mondays, which is why we got ours via carry out, they have a carry out special of a one topping large pizza for $6.99, and the first and last Mondays of the month that price is reduced to $4.99. They have some other great specials during the week, but I do not remember them at the moment. If you live in the area, or are in the area check them out, you will not be upset ya did. read more

Before eating a delicious pizza, we were assisted by one woman who took a few minutes to explain ALL the deals that might satisfy our needs - only to discover that she was off the clock and essentially volunteering her time to help us find the best deal. This is one of those hole in the wall places that you wouldn't expect to surpass your expectation for fast food pizza, but it does. The crust is phenomenal, light, airy & chewy. Oh and you also get to pick what seasoning & oil blend to garnish your crust with free of charge. The cheese is not great per say but it beats Papa Johns, Dominoes, and Pizza Hut easily. The toppings are what sealed the deal for me, they were unbelievably fresh and tasty. I just moved into an apartment complex a few minutes away. The welcome home gift I got was a free one topping pizza from Marco's. I had never been here, nor had ever heard of the place but, I didn't think twice about saying no to a free pizza. The free pizza box that you are supposed to redeem says you have to call them and then go pick it up or dine in. I called and ordered a plain cheese pizza since I've previously given up meat, and then went to get it 10 mins later. Pizza was delicious and the sauce wasn't too overwhelming like Papa John's. I used to love this place but the last time I went there my pizza was gross and my wings were undercooked even though I specifically requested they be cooked well done. The cheese was extra thick and covering all of the toppings so my pepperoni wasn't crispy as it usually is. There was way too many mushrooms and hardly any meat on my meat lovers pizza. I would say that this place is really good. Pizza is fresh with good ingredients. Good location right on the outside of the energy corridor so business must be good. Haven't tried there buffet yet but it couldn't be bad from what I've tried thus far. Only complaint would be pricing. We saw that Marco's was pretty close with late night hours so we placed an order for delivery- antipasto salad, garden pizza, and a small uno's pizza. Updating again. I am very happy to say that my experience with this restaurant has gotten 100% better. I've used them several times recently for delivery and then again today for carry out. The food has been on time and the order has been correct. Today, I was running a little late for pick-up, and the manager called to make sure that I didn't mean for my order to be delivered. When I made it to the restaurant, he double checked my order, and make a quick correction to ensure that I got home with the food I had ordered. I got the Hawaiian pizza. It was good but I'll be going back here because of the great customer service by Andrew. He was the only one working because the other employees were stranded due to the recent flooding in Houston. Andrew was making pizzas, answering the phone and cleaning tables. I order from Marcos regularly. The thin crust pizza cut in squares is the Best! The do really good at making sure my order is correct and are very prompt with the delivery times. I always order the meat supremo with a side chef salad. The salad is enough for two small salads with lots of toppings other than eggs, and always taste fresh! The meat supremo on thin crust with the cheese on the top is really good and always hot when it gets to my house! Love this place! Really good pizza...you don't need a X large pizza to feed a family of five, the large is just perfect! the sweet chilli was really good and different, get this dipping sauce with your chicken dippers. Its a lot Cheaper to buy a 2 liter soda verses a drink per person. We ordered our food to go and hubby like the fact that it was ready in 12minutes. Check them out! read more

The pizza is DELICIOUS, super fresh and I love the special options you have when ordering (amount of sauce, how long baked, crust toppers, etc). Their online special for an extra large pizza deliver to my house costs less than anything I could go buy to feed my family of two and is always piping hot and fresh. We order from Marco's at least twice a month!! They lady that usuall answers the phone to take the order is always very friendly and they always deliver in less time than they estimate. read more
