I ordered a Large custom pizza for $15, and received less slices than what was advertised leading me to believe I got a medium pizza instead. Wasn't a big deal so I let it go. NOW LET ME TELL YOU!!!! I had gone through 3 slices of pizza and was starting my 4th to find a bug with a wing cooked into the cheese This is my first time experiencing a bug in my food and now I'm completely disgusted. It is a good thing that I ordered through Slice because Roma Villa never did answer the phone. Not for me not for Slice. After waiting an hour past the time the pizzas were suppose to arrive, (I had preorder ahead of time) I had to called Slice because Roma Villa did not answer the phone and Slice explained that they had a family emergence and my pizza would be there in twenty minutes.....NOPE!! I had to call Slice again an hour later since this pizza place did not arrive and still did not answer the phone. This time Slice said that they could not get in touch with anyone at the location and would refund my charge. I had to reorder from a different place more than two hours after I had planned to eat dinner. It wouldn't have mattered to most people but I was ordering for both my neighbor who has kids and I who has to eat within forty-five minutes after taking my insulin. Therefore I find Roma Villa very inconsiderate and rude for not even answering the phone. BTW this was a Tuesday night in the middle of the week so they can't say that we were so busy on a Saturday night or Super Bowl Sunday excuse. Slice was very helpful and I will follow up with a review on Slice because they did take care of the situation but I cannot tell you if the pizza was good or not because I never got the delivery from Roma Villa. Very surprising & delightful spot near my place. They load the pizza with toppings when I get the all meat or supreme pie(s). I wish they had a gluten free crust, but I just eat all the toppings off. My BF loves the crust, but I can't eat it :P I like the amount of cheese--which is a whole lot. Not too greasy either. I get the large. Great quality toppings. I don't get the jalapenos though. I was a bit nervous because I hadn't eaten or ordered from here before, but they were one of the closest that would delivery to the address and I thought "why not!?". Placing the order was very easy, and I appreciate any restaurant that lets me order via app or online. The pizza was delivered to her within the hour estimate, and she was super excited. Feedback she gave was that her and her coworkers loved it- it was hot, tasty, and exactly what they were hoping to get.
