Crust, toppings. We ordered a veggie pizza with pepperoni. Trying to be healthy, but we love pizza. The crust was my favorite. Cooked well. Husband and I very much approved. Ordering was easy. Drove by Marcos. Passed it up. U-turned. Looked at menu as I'm not familiar. Server told me how long the wait. I waited in the car. Headed in. I eat here alot and In the restaurant by myself,I stood here for 10mins, thinking the cook was catching up on orders I stepped into the bathroom. After coming out there was a younger lady inside. Marcos hosted our swim team for a fundraising night. They were so kind and supportive!! The food is always amazing. We got three large pizzas, breadsticks, a calzone and brownies. marcos is some of the best pizza you can have being that its a chain they put real good pizza with quality ingridiants. i would choose marcos pizza over any other place in the area of kindwood. my favorite pizzas is a classic pepperoni pizza and or a bacon pizza, the crust the texture the seasoning the cheese all blend so well and not to mention its cooked well so no soggy pizza and get the garlic butter dipping sauce to dip your pizza in its delicious . to complement the pizza i always get the cheesey bread which is amazingly good, it comes with a traditional marinara and ranch dipping sauce its so good! i recommend getting their special which is two medium one topping pizzas, one cheesey bread, and one 2 liter soda for 20+$ which is a very good deal. the place is clean and workers are friendly, i enjoy dining in or taking out this is my goto spot when im craving pizza. read more

This review is for the cinnabites only. Our family regularly does "taste tests" for fun. On this occasion, we did cinnamon desserts from Marcos, papa John's, dominos and Jets pizza. Overall, with our five "testers" it was a close first race between Papa John's and Jets, with Papa John's coming out on top.Dominos were good, just not anyone's favorite. Not sure what was going on with Marcos, maybe something had gone bad or something was done wrong, but three of the people testing actually spit it out. I hope something was wrong and I will ask around to see if other people have tried them and if they liked them. I won't be ordering them anytime in the future. read more

My boyfriend and I have ordered from Marcos' a handful of times, normally delivery. Tonight, we decided to do carry-out and arrived to see NONE of the staff behind the counter wearing a mask correctly. Some staff members had their masks hanging off one ear or pulled down around their chin and hastily fixed it once I walked up. Some of the other staff did not even grant me that courtesy and left their masks around their chin or jaw. I am an asthmatic and at a higher risk for COVID-19 and some of my family are immuno-compromised, placing them at an even higher risk than my own. If these employees can't even wear a mask when preparing food, what other sanitary measures are they skimping on? COVID-19 regulations aside, once we got home and opened our food, it was less than ideal. Half of our toppings were cold and placed on the pizza AFTER the baking process. They were on the pizza so precariously they fell off if you so much as looked at the pizza wrong. Also, our wings were burnt. We won't be ordering from here again. read more

The high school kids who work here could not care less about the customers here. They forgot to put all the pizzas we ordered into the oven so when I came to pick it up they suddenly rushed the pizza out. It wasn't done, and they had smashed half of the cheese off the pizza. They looked me in the eye and smirked as they boxed the disaster of a pizza up. I opened it and said 'no. No thank you'. They just turned around and put another pizza in the oven. No sorry. Ordered a basic all meat pizza on door dash. Somehow got a pizza full of mushrooms peppers and onions. Called up to see what's wrong. I walked in this evening and not one person behind the counter was wearing a mask or practicing social distancing. As I approached the counter, they were all crowded around each other and few of them scrambled to put on their mask but left it sitting under their nose. Not one person was wearing it correctly. Can't tell you how much that upsets me at the height of the pandemic to see people in FOOD SERVICE not taking health precautions seriously not to mention disregard the word of the law. Usually the food is fine and what one expects when ordering from Marco's. Tonight it was particularly unappetizing. The wings were overcooked and the pizza was topped so poorly the tomatoes were cold and the onions were raw. The cheese was not even completely melted. When someone orders a couple of pizzas for delivery and specifies a particular time in the future they want them delivered do not drop them off when that individual is not there because you're a half hour early. Then when that individual calls to ask -what the hell- don't send out a replacement order different from what was originally ordered. This is pretty simple stuff, and fundamental to not pissing off repeat clients. Two derps back to back is plenty enough for me to tell you I won't be back. read more

The rude kid behind the desk came over to our table because he 'forgot' what we ordered. of course , they brought out 1 cheese pizza. WRONG. I explained the order was wrong. And he brought out a SECOND wrong pizza, this one with Pepperoni and mushrooms. So after 40 minutes we have TWO wrong pizzas and starving children. Terrible service for a simple order. I had ordered a customized Hawaiian pizza and instead they just delivered a pizza with chicken on it while charging me the full price of the specialized Hawaiian pizza that was more expensive. I tried to speak to management but instead of speaking to me directly they just relayed a message to one of their workers even though they were there and available to speak. Extremely unprofessional. Even if there's nothing you can do, you as a manager should speak to the customer DIRECTLY when service has failed. The worker said since it was through UBER EATS there was nothing they can do to rectify the situation but I find that odd since they are the ones who had no problem charging me full price for something I didn't order. Will NEVER order/eat here again. Made an order for take out. Went to pick up food, which was a big order for pizza, over $70 worth. Got home and realized they didn't give us the Greek salad we ordered. I called Marcos and asked if they could send it out with next delivery driver. I was put on hold and then told we would have to pay surcharge of $3 to have it delivered. I would have no problem throwing a couple bucks to delivery driver but not pay extra for food I paid for that they didn't give me at restaurant. Mind you, I paid 18% tip on my takeout. I would like to know how a crew can consistently get an order wrong ..... it is not like I am making any special requests that are off the menu ..... if I order veggies on my pizza .... I get sausage ..... if I want the pizza cut in squares .... I get a pie cut ..... all of these are options are on the menu .... and if I get reimbursed with a coupon and that only makes things even worse with bad service or stricter portion control .... this has happened multiple times .... I've avoided this place for the longest time for a silly reason, their logo looks crappy. I was also discouraged by a negative Yelp review. I'm a business owner and I know how unrealistic people's expectations can be sometimes. However, I took the challenge and after my first experience Marco's is my new favorite pizza place. I had the founders special. Once I tasted it I didn't want to stop. I could've easily eaten an entire medium by myself. The sausage and pepperoni were succulent and the crust had just the right amount of crisp. My family also loved it. I picked the pizzas up from the restaurant which is about two miles from my house. The layout of restaurant was open and it seemed really busy for a Sunday afternoon. There were lots of families enjoying their food. The cooks looked busy and focused and the cashier greeted me with a smile and took her time to ensure my order was correct. Sorry, Papa Johns, you're no longer my number one. As long as Marco's can consistently deliver 5-star service I will be among their biggest fans. read more
