I left a bad review. The owner contacted me immediately. He offered to make it a better experience. I love to say that we have returned four more times and everything was perfect. Perfect!!' This last time we had Darly take care of us. She was so attentive, but did not hover. She changed our water for cold water the whole time. Every dish came out piping hot. My husband got the red snapper with spinach risotto. I get bucatini with marinara sauce. I asked for side of alla vodka sauce. No problem. It was so delicious that I ate every last bite. We started with the spinach and artichoke dip with hand cut chips. We , also, started with the best garlic bread with soft ricotta. It is all perfect. The manager was delightful. She remembered my wonderful experience and then remembered hearing about my bad experience. She was not there and none of the confusion would have happened. Her name is Victoria. She came to table and apologized. We told her no worries that we have be back many times. We intend to visit this neighborhood gem many times. Outstanding smashed burgers until three and absolutely fantastic Italian food after 3:00. I don't want to lose our little table, so everyone come on in but we sit along wall, in back, left. I included pictures this time. Enjoy! You will love it. I promise.

I had lunch here with friends last week after spending some time on Lake Houston. Located in…read moreKingwood and specifically the Kings Harbor Village development this complex of restaurants, bars, retail stores, office and residential spaces reminds me a lot of the downtown area of the Woodlands. Zammitti's is right on the lakeshore with a boat dock very close by which we used. Part of the dining area faces the lake for nice views. Zammitti's has a 3 course lunch special for $16.60 which we all took advantage of. I ordered a salad to start with a shrimp primavera entree and then a mini cannoli for dessert. The side house salad had string cheese, sliced tomato, black olives and carrot shavings with string cheese on top. It was a very good tasting start. The pasta dish had grilled shrimp and vegetables bathed in an alfredo sauce on top of fettuccine. This dish pleasantly surprised me in a good way. The serving size was like a dinner portion with several shrimp included . It was delicious and rich in flavor. Finally the mini cannoli made with cheese and milk chocolate chips was a nice sweet ending that was just right size wise. Our table service was excellent, This meal was an outstanding value at that price point. It was very filling too. I would love to come back here for dinner. Zammitti's is an excellent Italian option for a meal. Kingwood is lucky to have it. This meal was close to being a 5.

The staff are trained extremely well and have a wonderful table side manner. As for the food, everything is delicious! I enjoyed a sangria cocktail to drink. For food, I highly recommend the garlic knots to start. For my main, I had the Zammitti's ravioli. The pink sauce was phenomenal and I loved the mushroom filling of the raviolis. The portion was very generous and we had leftovers of everything. There's plenty of free parking and it's beautiful to sit outside or walk around the area in the nicer weather.

It was Happy Hour so the drinks were at a reduce price and the wine was for the price of 6 oz you got 9oz. The wine red or white and drinks were excellent. Our waiter helps us with the menu. Two of order pork shops, one order chicken Bryan and chicken Parmesan The food was excellent and the service was superb. We had an enjoyable meal. Excellent place to have dinner with friends. Price was reasonable. If you are looking for a nice meal and great service here is the place.

The main problem was that the food didn't nearly match the actual photos of what we saw before booking. The first course had just a small smear of goat cheese on a small piece of bread and strawberry jam not a balsamic reduction. The salad in the second course had shrimp that appeared grilled in the photo but was more like boiled shrimp and much smaller than the photo. The pasta course was good. The biggest disappointment was the 9oz filet which was so over seasoned and extremely salty. We couldn't finish it and they need to remove whatever seasoning they are using. Also the shrimp and crab cake topper on the filet was way smaller than what was in the photo and more breading than shrimp or crab. I will say, the service as always was excellent and a shout out to Mason. He was attentive to guests needs and seems to enjoy his work. We love Carrabbas and will continue to dine there but not sure about returning for a wine pairing.

While the restaurant does show a bit of age and could benefit from a refresh, the quality of food and hospitality absolutely delivered. I opted for lighter portion of Chicken Parm with Spaghetti, and the flavors were spot on. My partner chose the Chicken Shrimp Carbonara and we kept going back and forth between each other's plates because both dishes were that good. As for the soups, Zuppa Toscana & Chicken Gnocchi were decent. Minestrone tasted very strong in dry herbs and it was my least favorite. The meal wrapped up with Andes Chocolate Mints, it was simple and the perfect sweetness to end the night.

Luckily the big table of salad is still there. The problem is always been that the menu seems to be far or less Italian and Mediterranean, and then you've lay to believe. Most of the dishes are fried are buried in some degree of cream sauce. So it was pleasant surprise when I had the chicken marsala and my wife had the chicken Parmesan and gnocchi soup. We both found it tasty and not overpowering. So I'm glad to see although Olive Garden would not be my first choice for Italian food. It certainly is not the last if you're looking for a place to go with a with a large group of desire a little wine with your mail and relax joy Garden is a pretty good choice.
