It was disappointing that the waitress didn't ask which preparation we wanted, and that the kitchen apparently did not ask her, either. Our two pasta dishes were delectable and the amount of protein was quite generous. We both loved our sauces, and the spicy Italian sausage (house made!) was out of this world.
