The pizza was made how I liked it hence the 3 stars however I was waiting outside for my pizza & the employee comes out & says "one of ya'll Shonda?" Which to me is totally unprofessional. While ordering my food one of the girls in the front was texting but I guess since it's mainly take out customer service doesnt matter which I'm a stickler for. When a girl was placing his order another employee makes a comment to me using profanity which was shocking to me. This review was actually before Covid. My last visit was so awful - no customer service or maybe lack of training! I haven't returned because of that visit. Prior to that bad experience the pizza and service were very good. According to other reviews It doesn't appear that things have changed at this location. Well, I'm really giving a bad review about their delivery and poor customer service. Ordered a pizza on a Sunday at 6:40pm and almost 3 hours later, never received it and they close at 10pm. Around 9:30pm my pizza showed up, I declined to receive it as I was in the bed. Looks like I'll be disputing the charges. I called and tried to cancel it, a young lady answered the phone, put me on hold then hung up. I called again and the phone just kept ringing. I will never order from them again. I have never experienced this foolishness ever!!! I alwyas pre-order AND pay online. I then go inside and pick up my pizza. NO ONE ever asks for identification and/or form of payment. Today, I ordered a pizza online and paid for it as I normally do. I asked my boyfriend to pick it up and they gave him hell. They would not let him pick up the pizza and requested my ID AND the card I used to pay for the pizza! Had I known, I would have had him pay online/there, but due to the whole Covid situation, I figured this would be easier and safer. All he had to do was give them the confirmation number and that would be it! That's if they asked. I am okay with following protocol, but don't just make stuff up just because! I came in from out of town and made two orders from this place within about a week. I made the first order in person and the second one on line the first order was pretty good but there was an error with the second one. Most companies try to make things right for customers when they make an error. This place did exactly the opposite. They argued and blame-shifted and did not take responsibility for verifying that the order was correct. This is extraordinarily disappointing. My solution will be to never, ever order from them in the future. If you chose to do so, do so at your own risk! read more

It's odd but kinda cool how you order online, but I've never been able to call. It's like you call a main number but it always goes to voicemail. Might have just been because they had just recently opened. Once you do order I have never had a problem with delivery time, friendliness of delivery person & the pizza it's self is amazing! They also have a surprising selection of menu items & pizza toppings. They are far superior to Papa Johns & Pizza Hut & far more cost effective. If you like pizza & have not ordered from Marcos do yourself a favor an do so. read more

I have been going to this Marco's since they opened up in 2014. A-1 service and food. I have never had any problems at all. My food is always made to my liking, and the service is excellent. This past week I ordered a pizza from Marco's. For the first time they made me a pizza that did not taste well. The cheesy bread was even a mess. Therefore, I called the place and spoke to the Manger Antwan. He was dismissive and argumentative about my negative experience. As a foodie and English professor, I was very clear about the adjectives I chose to use to describe the not so good tasting Magnifico Pepperoni pizza and dry cheese bread; yet Antwan choseto correct me. I felt that he was rude, disrespectful and condescending. The food is better on the weekend. Also, Antwan promised to provide a credit on my account for my negative experience and I said well now that's nice. Really good thin crust that doesn't get soggy (if you order the thin crust). Tasty tomato sauce. And fast delivery of a nice and hot pizza! This is the best pizza in this area and beats one further away like Mellow Mushroom. Needless to say, that mass-market chains like Dominos, Pizza Hut, Papa John's and Little Caesar's don't compare. read more
