I love the thin crust pizza. First time ordering from this location. Felt the consistency was the same as the one on SR7.

I've been in the neighborhood a very long time and Ive passed this restaurant many times in the little shopping center. Tonight, I decided to give it a shot. It was exceptionally cold in Florida, really really cold and I wanted some comforting, hot Italian food. The restaurant is not big. I would say about 25 tables and booths. It's very clean looking. A little too dark for me, though as far as seeing. I stood at the counter, waiting to be seated for quite a while, while takeout orders were being placed. Finally, someone said that I can just pick a seat. The server was very friendly, but not very attentive. My appetizers came out relatively quickly, but the dinner was an exceptionally long wait. I don't mind waiting, but it would've been nice for someone to come over and say I'm sorry you're still waiting you know we're busy or something And maybe refill my empty soda. They just let me sit there waiting and waiting and no one said a word until they brought my food and then they apologized. My appetizer was mozzarella sticks. They were good, but there's nothing exciting about mozzarella sticks. The one thing that was spot on was the dipping sauce for the sticks was delicious. To me the star of the show is actually the garlic rolls. A little smaller than your average garlic rolls, but served on a plate, dripping with butter, garlic and seasoning. They were to me, the best part of the meal. The Italian wedding soup was delicious. Filled with little mini meatballs and I think it was broccoli Rab or kale. My penne with vodka sauce and shrimp was huge. A ginormous bowl filled with lovely pasta and a thick, sweet and spicy vodka sauce. Again, my only complaint would be that they leave the tails on the shrimp, which means I have to dig in my pasta with my fingers to pull tails off shrimp that are boiling hot. Not my favorite experience. Overall, it was a good experience and like I said with a few slight improvements, it could be an excellent experience.

Today I was served by a wonderful waitress named Lilly. She treated us like royalty. The pizza was fantastic and came out super quick! This pizza specifically is a high-rise (thick) crust cheese pizza with extra cheese, pineapple, and garlic in between the cheese layers. It was a very odd order but absolutely delicious. The sauce and the cheese they use is absolutely amazing. I really enjoyed my first time visiting Mario The Baker and I hope to go back again soon. (I don't live anywhere near.)

I even met the owner, who said him and his wife have been in business for over 25 years. I told him I was looking for my new go to spot and he said "look no further" and was not lying! I ordered the baked cheese ravioli and a medium pizza with half pepperoni and the ravs came with 3 garlic rolls. I am super picky when it comes to sauce but I loved it! It was not chunky which I love and had a very nice flavor and the perfect amount of melted cheese, and the raviolis were tasty too. The pizza was also a hit, and you can tell that they use top notch pepperoni. The crust was cooked perfectly and the pizza had a solid sauce to cheese ratio.

The order tracker was especially helpful, it let me know exactly when it was a good time to head to the restaurant to pick up my food. When I arrived, it was a little confusing figuring out where to go because the areas for dine-in and pickup weren't clearly labeled outside. However, once I figured it out, the pickup process was quick and smooth. The pizzas looked amazing, smelled delicious, and tasted just as good. We'll definitely be keeping Ah-beetz on our list for future takeout orders.

We haven't had our favorite White Clam pizza from Villa Monte's in Old Bethpage NY for almost 5years. You could imagine our excitement to finally find a place that makes it. They have a huge parking lot out front/plenty of free parking. Let me also mention HomeGoods/Marshall's is in the same plaza!! They offer indoor & outdoor seating. The inside was small with a pickup area They also had 2 refrigerators with drink options. They said the wait for a table would be 40 mins so we decided to take it to go. I'm not sure what went wrong that evening but the outcome was extremely disappointing. The white clam pizza was absolutely a HORRIBLE disaster Clams would of been nice It Failed failed failed in so many ways. The pizza was absolutely saturated in a puddle of what looked like water or grease. Seriously, it was loaded loaded with tons of garlic, with a few minced clams (hardly existed) & had absolutely no flavor other then overcooked garlic/ on the charred side flavor (disgustingly Strong) We absolutely could not find the cheese or breadcrumb topping. We also ordered the garlic sticks They were cold & dry They had less garlic than the pizza. One pic is of their advertised pizza they show. Sadly it's not even close to what we thought it would be given The reality speaks for itself. We will not recommend based on what we tried. It was not worth $28.00 without tip We had to throw out the entire order You can be the judge

They have several lunch specials and a variety of specialty slices. We both chose the two slice and soda lunch special. You can do regular cheese, but we upgraded. He chose two Margherita slices. And I opted for one Margherita and one white pizza slice. We could view the different varieties of toppings in the front case. You grab your selected can of soda from the cooler. After you pay at the counter, they bring your heated slices outside to you. There's all the condiments to add as you wish -- Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, oregano, garlic, and salt. They must have an extremely hot oven, as the slices were ready in no time at all. We liked everything we had. The ricotta on the white pizza was nice and creamy. However, I think I liked the margherita slice slightly better. They have other Italian food items here besides pizza, (their pepperoni rolls looked great) but I knew that's what I i wanted to try first. It's nice that they are an "independent" family owned place -- and not part of a chain. Everyone was very friendly. They made sure to check on us to make sure we liked the pizza, too. I'd definitely come back if in the area.
