Ordered a buffalo chicken pizzoli, a pizza melt, and 2 ltr of grape crush. There was onion in the pizzoli - and I didn't see it on the menu as a listed ingredient. It was pretty much inedible. Also, I didn't get my grape crush. The delivery driver brought orange crush. Why didn't someone call and let us know if grape wasn't available? Maybe we would have preferred to not have to pay for something we really didn't want. ($3.50) Pretty disappointing experience overall for me. Hubby reported the pizza melt as okay.I would have called to complain and get an updated order, however, by the time this wad noticed, it was 15 minutes before close. read more

VERY upset! The store is supposed to be open till 12:00am but NATHANIEL sent us away at 10:45 saying he decided to close early because he has to be up early?? We have people over for football and wanted to order multiple pizzas but now we have to go frozen instead. And he was a jerk to my son. Really not happy with this store. The Pepperoni Magnifico is pretty tasty with good seasoning and a nice crust. Hard floors and glass windows make for a noisy environment. Their focus is on to-go orders, and it's mostly self-service, so it's hard to gauge service but the dining area seemed clean and maintained. read more

I've been a customer of Marcos since 2018-2019 maybe. Ive always had wonderful service and never really had any issues with food from them. However tonight we order wings both bone in and boneless. Both orders were buffalo sauce wings but when we received our order the boneless wings were dry no sauce. I called to let them know hoping they could fix the issue and send new wings with buffalo sauce but apparently they can only give refunds and their drivers don't drive to fix mistakes even though they were the ones that messed up our order. As of now I am no longer a Marcos customer and will never order from there or recommend their restaurant either. The girl that answered the phone was not pleasant and acted like she had better things to do than her job. Food service is really going down hill. read more

By far the best Pizza in town ! I ordered I custom pizza with Italian sausage and grilled chicken , the meat quality was delicious . What really stood out to me was their customer service . I really enjoyed how they took the time to greet everyone as they were coming in . My first time coming here was on the day the Tornado hit town , the whole pizza crew was working hard to donate pizza to the first responders . I enjoy being greeted as I enter. I almost always get the Pepperoni Magnifico and their cheesy bread. Most of the time the pizza is ready sooner than they tell you to expect it. They have a rewards program but I always have to bring it up. They also offer free cheesy bread if you fill out a survey. That information is usually on the receipt. I enjoy being able to watch the football game, if it's on, while I am there. But if something is on one of the TVs that I do not want to watch, it's easy to ignore it also. In other words the volume is not annoying. read more

Order a pizza and it arrives cold and the salad was roon temp warm like both had sat for over 60 min in a car. The pizza over 40 min late. This has happened to me in March on a Sat like tonight again over 45 min late. Does Marcos have a crappy manager working on Sat? We had never tried Marcos and were curious when a new one opened up in our neighborhood. We ordered a regular crust (other choice os thin crispy) wit ham and mushrooms. The pizza is good...not great...but is very good. I wish they had more topping choices. I would have liked spinach or basil as an option. My impression is this is just and average pizza at an average price. I would probably go down the street to Lupis next time. read more

Poor customer service. Got my pizza and noticed an ingredient I ordered was missing. I told them and they said they would make me another pizza in 3 minutes and let me have it AND the messed up pizza. 10 minutes later they gave me a new pizza but did not give me the other pizza as promised. If I had known that it was going to take that long and that I would not be getting the free pizza AS PROMISED, then I would have taken the pizza as-is and just left. Mistakes happen, but they should have at least apologized and/or given me a coupon for having to wait. And if they tell you they will give you a free pizza, it's a no-brainer, you should get a free pizza. read more

This place goes above and beyond with customer service! Our family LOVES their NY style pizza and order it­ often. Last Monday night, we ordered 3 large pizzas for a birthday party, and when I arrived to pick them up they had gotten the toppings mixed up on one of them. I didn't have time to wait for the pizza to be remade, so Brian, the manager on duty let me take the 3 pizzas home, refunded me the money for the incorrect one, and then personally delivered ANOTHER pizza with the correct toppings to our house within 15 minutes! He not only refused to accept any tip from me for the delivery, but he also gave us a coupon for another free pizza. If that's not great service, I don't know what is! read more
