The pizza was good and I liked that it wasn't greasy and cheese was out on top of generous serving of toppings. The side salad was mediocre, the veggies didn't have much flavor at all. I would call this a five star pizza experience. The location is super cute on the square. Parking is a little tough so I would suggest coming with two people if you're picking up pizza so one can drive around on the other can run in. The pizza was really delicious. Excellent crust excellent sauce excellent toppings. Pick up service was very friendly and very quick. The price is a little bit high, but you are getting an excellent product for the price. Lupi's is a Chattanooga pizza staple. They were doing independent craft pies before it was cool. It's always good and on the radar when I'm in town. Recently a lot of new places have popped up but Lupi's continues to hold its own. Don't ever change! Weeeew so I would for sure recommend this place purely for how accommodating and customizing-friendly they are about their pizzas, but there's more! In addition, their pizzas are extremely fresh and made to order. The environment is fun and the staff are kind and understanding. The only downside is with good quality means you're going to pay a bit. A 12' Pizza costs you 13 with an additional $2 per topping up to five (this includes cheeses). After the fifth, they are free. Located in a new shopping center they been building for awhile, it right behind Orielley Auto Parts. There's a round about right in front of the restaurant that you can use to get out. Customer service was friendly and fast. There are free refills on drinks here as it is a self serve fountain located on the right as you come in. As soon as you walk in,you order and pay. They give you a number and you sit down. Then, they bring your lunch out to you. Now to the food which is pizza because that is what I ordered. It really surprised me as to how good it was. I got the signature pizza which is kind of like a supreme pizza with every thing on it. It came ditch small round sausage on it. I believe it was Italian sausage because it tasted like it. Went there last Saturday night for first time. They were short handed like every restaurant is these days. All the staff I encountered was polite, professional and FRIENDLY! Food was awesome. Thin, crispy and sweet with great texture. Their toppings are high quality meats with a little spicy kick. I usually skip the veggies... Came in around 5:45pm. Wasn't sure how things "worked." Employees saw us standing, not knowing what to do. No one said a word. So we sat at the first empty table, and waited for someone to come take our order. Staff kept passing by us, not a single word. After about 10 minutes, my husband went and stood in a ridiculously long line. Apparently that's where you have to order. Again, no one said a word. I get the whole "too cool for you hipster vibe" they've got going on with their employees, but there's no doubt that the "hipsters" need some customer service training, as they literally act like they don't give a crap. This is my favorite pizza chain in Chattanooga. The crust is great and the sauce is just right. You got to pay just a bit more for the quality but it's well worth it. Got there at 7:40 to order. No line, and only a handful of people in the restaurant. We ordered a pizza and bruschetta. Bruschetta came out after about 30 minutes and they said "sorry this took so long, we had to make more bread. Your pizza will be right out." We waited....and waited....and waited. Employees walked past us probably 20+ times where we CLEARLY had a number on our table, never checking on our pizza. One employee was loudly complaining about how little money he makes on shifts like these. At 8:45 we finally went up to the counter asking for our pizza to go. Low and behold....they never made it. So after an hour of waiting, and no pizza (again by the time we left there were literally two other parties in the restaurant) we were refunded our money for the pizza only and we left. No offer to refund the $5 tip that was given. We will definitely never be back. read more

This is my favorite pizza place in Ooltewah. I am even willing to forego the convenience of the delivery services provided by other pizza chains for Lupi's... I get carry-out now and delivery used to be the main reason I ever ordered pizza! Everything is always really good. I love the pizza, lasagna, salads, and cookies. I've not tried the calzone yet but plan to asap! The only problem I've had is a couple of times I've ordered things (salad, bread, side of red sauce) and when I got home found the items were missing from my order. I absolutely love the loaf of bread that is perfectly cooked like sour dough but it's not. The server shared the ingredients of the bread was water, salt, flour. It's amazing.
