Called the Cane Bay store to order a pizza at 6:15. On hold for 12 minutes without any answer called back got answer in about 2 minutes. Girl on phone was not very good at taking my order, gave her my address 3 times. After about 25 minutes the store called and asked what our address was as it was not on my order. The store needs someone competent answering the phone and getting the information correct from the customer. I asked for 2 small pizzas and she entered 1 small and 1 large. I ordered from Marco's again lately and it's has been ok. But you always run into an issue. This time called 4 times. Disconnected at 8:20, 8:22, and 8:25. Perhaps they don't want more orders. Last call they could not take my cc. It's was just too hard for them. I wish this place was consistent. Pizza is good. It's just hard to order sometimes and I try not to but only pizza around. SO much better than any chain around! Get a pizza from here about once a month. Their serving size is big which is nice, and the pizza is always delicious no matter what kind you get. They often have discount codes you can use too on their app or online! The employees are considerate & friendly too. They do not have a pizza with a gluten free crust so they have come up with a "crust less pizza". You order it with all the toppings you would normally have on a pizza and it is baked. Once in a while, when we have a coupon, they seem to skimp a little on the toppings (especially bacon) and not seem to put the effort in that makes the pizza what it usually is. The main thing to me, besides the fact that 80%-90% of the time, it's the best pizza in the area, Nick, the GM does everything he can to make sure you are satisfied and that flows down to the staff.
