Called the Cane Bay store to order a pizza at 6:15. On hold for 12 minutes without any answer called back got answer in about 2 minutes. Girl on phone was not very good at taking my order, gave her my address 3 times. After about 25 minutes the store called and asked what our address was as it was not on my order. The store needs someone competent answering the phone and getting the information correct from the customer. I asked for 2 small pizzas and she entered 1 small and 1 large. I wanted to add a tip for the driver and she had to figure that out as well. Please train you people on customer service and competency in their job or get different people. read more

I ordered from Marco's again lately and it's has been ok. But you always run into an issue. This time called 4 times. Disconnected at 8:20, 8:22, and 8:25. Perhaps they don't want more orders. SO much better than any chain around! Get a pizza from here about once a month. Their serving size is big which is nice, and the pizza is always delicious no matter what kind you get. They often have discount codes you can use too on their app or online! The employees are considerate & friendly too. We stopped at Marco's while spending the night in the area while traveling. We have had Marco's pizza before but it was delivered to the room. They do not have a pizza with a gluten free crust so they have come up with a "crust less pizza". You order it with all the toppings you would normally have on a pizza and it is baked. Also got a small specialty pizza. Again, the crust was hard, dry, chewy and no taste. No crispy to it. After paying $1.50 per topping, it should have been enough for 2 pieces, not a whole pizza. They push for online ordering that you register for. You don't have the choice to just look at the menu, you have to order. Once in a while, when we have a coupon, they seem to skimp a little on the toppings (especially bacon) and not seem to put the effort in that makes the pizza what it usually is. The main thing to me, besides the fact that 80%-90% of the time, it's the best pizza in the area, Nick, the GM does everything he can to make sure you are satisfied and that flows down to the staff. In the end, they will make it right, even if your order wasn't perfect. I like places where they genuinely care about customers and whether the experience was a good one. read more
