We got one of the best pizzas from this location we've ever had. We ordered near closing and ended up being the last order of the night (sorry about that). We were concerned about that because by that point anybody would be ready to go home and just toss a pizza together quickly. However when we picked up the staff was friendly and appreciative. Once we opened the box we couldn't believe how good the pizza actually looked. It tasted as good as it looked too, I would say it was one of the best pizzas I've ever had. We used to love this place. There was no pizza like Marco's. The last three times was little to no sauce, the medium pizza toppings were all right dead center with literally three inches of crust. The toppings were so little we had to add sauce and additional toppings from our frig when we got it home. We won't be coming back. We'll go to Dominoes up the street. read more

I used to eat pizza. I haven't eaten pizza in so long I had forgotten what it was like. Unless I made it from scratch. Which wasn't very often either. But I had an itch...the pizza itch. And I was lazy and I remembered Marco's used to be super yummy a long, long time ago (where pizza delivery places are considered super yummy). I ordered, they accommodated my half n half request - it's a weird one - so hold onto your pants... One half pepperoni mushroom and onion, the other half pineapple ham and bacon. OOOOOh, my 2 favorites! So, the driver eventually got here, it was around 40 minutes - but they quoted about that amount of time. It was normal dinner time and I think a Friday - so I'd imagine it was busy. I tipped the guy, he left...I opened the box. It was hot. It looked good. But I could swear whoever cut it was high. You got mini slices and big fat slices all in the same pie. It tasted great, I was happy with my pizza purchase. Just very oddly cut. read more

Pizza is good if you can get through website, which is so overloaded and does not follow logical sequence. For example, I wanted to use a coupon for 2 medium, 1-topping pizzas and bread.. I actiually found that offfer on the Website. When I clicked on it, I was advisd to build a pizza from scratch and choose a sde. Then I was billed for one pizza and the cheezybread, which was above the amount of the coupon plus being one pizza short. Then trying to fill out a feedback survey, for TOPIC I selected website issues. The survey would not allow me to respond unless I selected a store. Didn't you see my answer?? The problem wasn't a store, it was your website, run by a bunch of IT professionals who probably never use their own site. That's their problem, not mine. 3.5 stars- Marco's makes a pretty solid pizza for a delivery/carryout place. And they are dangerously close to my house which scares me a little... Customer service was great! I called and asked about a lunch special and they informed me of a medium, one topping pizza for $7.49 with tax as a carry-out option. They told me to be ready in 15 minutes and indeed it was on time. I went inside with my baby in a car seat to pay and pick up and the gentleman who rang me out offered to help me to my car. You don't get that offer very often. They have a frequent customer card where you get it punched every time you make a purchase. After 10 punches you get a free menu item. read more

Ok so after giving this place another try I'm gonna have to leave a review. The pizza is terrible, the first time we had it delivered and it took a 1 1/2 when it should've taken 45 minutes according to the website. Plus the pizza was burnt but still edible. This time we picked up and when we got home the pizza barely had sauce on it. I don't usually like a lot of sauce but this pizza had none almost. Marco's was a great surprise! I was cruising around an unfamiliar area looking for that elusive 2 slice and a coke for $5 or $6 deal. This is a recurring craving for me and I'd hate to tell you the schlock I've had to settle for. I spotted Marco's sign twice, but it was right next to a Chinese place and it was really unclear if Bao's was serving Pizza or not...I know, disturbing right? I spotted the pizza joint in the back of the parking lot and pulled in, starving by this time. When you go is you're greeted with a pretty typical spot: a few tables, big glass fridge with 20 oz sodas and a counter for keeping people out of the pizza ovens and to collect their cash straight ahead. Obviously a place that mostly does delivery. I was disappointed when I found out they didn't do by the slice, but their small pizza with one topping and a coke was, I think, only $6.99. What a surprise! EXCELLENT cheese, puffy crust, great sliced mushrooms, hot and fresh. These guys should definitely have more seating and be trying to pull people in off the street. Great delivery pizza with convenient online ordering. I love that they can give you a delivery estimate when you order online, and ours was pretty accurate. We tried the saute primo (sauteed mushrooms, pepperoni and spices) on a thin crust and a meatball and onion on the standard crust. I tried the Roma crust for the saute and the parmesan for the meatball. Everything was pretty darned tasty, although my husband felt the thin crust was a little bland. read more

The order was delivered on time. The pizza and the salad came in the same hot Box so the salad was warm and the pizza was not hot. The salad was ordered with no olives, but there were plenty there. The heat made the whole salad smell like olives, so that became a throw-away for me. Then I got to the pizza. Large pizza, 8 slices. But when I grab a slice, it falls apart in little pieces because they are not slices, but little squares. Advertised as slices, photos show slices, but little squares. Like I haven't seen since 5th grade. Then I taste it. Toppings are good, crust is fair, and the sauce is red. I say red, because I could see red. They always have deals via their website or email. The delivery time isn't a bad. The quality of their food is definitely the best. I finally tried Marco's today after being in Tampa for almost 5 months. I went with a large white cheezy pizza (-bacon, +cheddar, Roma crust) and an order of breadsticks. My total with delivery was $20...a little pricey but certainly not ridiculous. The seasoning was absolutely perfect on both the bread and the pizza and the toppings were very fresh. I'd definitely recommend the Roma crust. I think they forget the feta (or put so little on the pizza that it blended in) because I certainly couldn't taste it. That was a bit disappointing but I would certainly order from Marco's again. read more

I gave this 2 stars because the toppings were fresh once I reheated up the pizza in the oven it was good! This was our 2nd delivery from here and both times the pizza was only barely warm. I called in on Sunday at 11:05am so I know I was one of the first orders. I was told it would be 40-45 mins..pizza arrived at noon and was barely warm. If a driver doesn't come until 1130 then why make the pizza early is my only guess since I was a first order. We also live about 3 miles away. I requested no onions on my veggie and a 2 liter of Pepsi. Pizza came with onions and with dr. Pepper. I told the driver about the soda being wrong and the pizza not even hot...he said he would relay the message. I expected a phone call at some point but that never happened. Driver was very polite and seemed concerned but not sure why management didnt address any of my 4 issues at all is unprofessional. My "extra crispy" pizza. I'm not a Marco's fan but went with the advice of my uncle. It was an awful decision. This is the worst I've ever had from Marcos. It is very slow soggy. I searched for online coupons prior to making my order, as I have done at least 15 times at this location. I live about four blocks away, so I will often order a pizza for carryout. And every single instance that I have ever used a coupon I have found online, the coupon has been honored. Not tonight. It was a ejected out of hand, by the young gentleman, who I am guessing was at least 21 possibly 22 years old. Lacking even the slightest skill of customer service, the coupon that I had found and presented, was dismissed out of hand, as something that would obviously have been an online order only. It was not, small discussion ensued, resulting in the fact that it was not going to be honored. Instead of just walking out, which is what I should have done, I did pay full price for the pizza, and vowed that I will never return, which I will not. I am making this post only as a comment to the fact that the customer service is lacking in a way that treats the customer with the respect that they deserve. read more

General Review: I love Marco's Pizza! Tastes great the minute they bring it to you and still tastes great 3 days later when you nuke it. That is, if it lasts that long. Marco's is the only pizza that I like to get anymore. This store: My work is NOT in this store's delivery area (no Marco's is) but they will still deliver if I sound pitiful enough.
