Horrible customer service from the manager! I have ordered 3 times in the year I have been here and EVERY time my order was wrong. The last delivery was a couple of weeks ago. My order never arrived. I called because it started showing as a pick up (that isn't what I clicked!). I was told a new pizza would be made and delivered. Instead I got a cold pizza and no dipping sauce. This was a great pizza joint. The kids loved it. The pizza and breadsticks were excellent and the service was speedy. We will definitely make this one of our routine places too eat. It was empty inside when we arrived and if the place had not been on yelp we probably would have never found it since it is hidden behind a car sales lot. This is my family's favorite pizza place in Valdosta. We love the crispy old world pepperonis.

Stopped by with grandson for late lunch. Having our own tv at the booth was a plus. It was easy to tell the food is fresh and very good. Very friendly and attentive staff. Hard to see from the highway but well worth it. read more

This use to be my favorite place in Valdosta to get pizza until my recent visit I will not patron this establishment anymore and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Let me tell you about my experience. My wife and myself went for an early dinner. It was around 4:00pm . we go in and the waitress said she was busy to go ahead and seat ourselves, so we did and then she came over in a bout five minutes. We proceeded to place our drink orders and some cheesy bread. She returned with our drinks and took our order for our pizza. Once she left we noticed a male employee come from the kitchen area to the soda fountain to get him a drink. This male employee was sweating profusely and had a very bushy beard. First of all we didn't notice a cover for this large amount of facial hair and thought that was disgusting. Then we noticed him dripping sweat and my wife said he probably is dripping sweat into the pizza. At this time I began to get nauseous thinking of that. I then noticed that he was scratching his beard with his bare hands and proceeded to watch him go back into the kitchen and not wash his hands before cutting the pizzas. At this point I decide I was cancelling my order and leaving. As I walked to the front counter to cancel my order I then seen another male employee working in the kitchen area with hair down to his shoulders and not pulled up like all the female associates had done. I feel he should have his hair pulled up as well. I cancelled my order and told the waitress why and said I will not be back. I received a phone call from the owner from this particular location the next day because I had went to the companies website to file a complaint. All this owner did was make excuses for why his employees were not in proper sanitary attire. He claimed it was shift change. to me that doesn't excuse such unsanitary conditions I witnessed. I stopped by this place one night late on my way home from a friends house and ordered a pizza and hot wings took my stuff and left well when I got home i opened up my wings and got Plain wings one And I mean one wing had a slight bit of hot sauce on one side I got pissed but it was late I was hungry and I didn't feel like driving back to Marco's (about a 15 minute ride each way) so I ate what I had and a few weeks latter I took my daughter there for lunch when I went to the counter I asked to speak to the manager she came to the counter and I told her my story she looked at me like i was lieing or had two heads and told me i should have called that night . well I didn't think of calling and what good would that had done they might have wanted me to return and I didn't feel like going back out . well I had my lunch and my daughter kept telling me to forget about it but that managers response actually made me more upset then not getting the hot sauce on my wings . I am the type of person that don't forget easy and when something upsets me it wears on me till i do something about it . So I emailed Marcos customer service and received an email saying I would here from the Marco's restaurant in Valdosta GA . well a week has gone by and i have heard nothing so today I emailed Marco's back and decided to post here and I might just write a post on our local Craigs list as well . below is a transcript of what has transpired between Myself and Marco's Pizza my latest from Marcos this is their Idea of coustomer service 11/25/11 frank, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry about your experience at Marcos. It is our policy to make things right with the customer. It is also policy that the customer contact us immediately when there is a problem so we can make it right at that time. Our industry is loaded with non customers trying to get free product on orders that they did not place with us. We see 1500 customers a week so recalling an order over a week ago can be difficult. It is feedback like yours that makes us realize that we need to get our message out better on our policies. I would like to offer a free cheezy bread on your next purchase. Pizza was good, but they messed up our order. We called and they sent a new one out but took back the old pizza...who does that.

Made an order online and didn't realize that the wrong pizza was selected until the pizza was delivered. Called and spoke with manager about what happened they actually declined me exchanged on a $15 pizza that I could not eat. I will never order from here again and NEVER refer anyone here or give them a good review. read more
