I specifically asked them for "move in/out cleaning" from the get go in my messages on the yelp app. I then followed up and asked what would a move in/out cleaning be if they did everything else but we'd clean the refrigerator and the oven. I was then quoted a lower price, and I scheduled the cleaning. After the cleaning we inspected the job, and everything looked good except baseboards were not done. I called to express this to them to see if they'd rectify the situation, this is where i was told that baseboards are only included in the deep clean. I went to their website under the FAQ page, below the deep clean tab is a move in/out cleaning tab that says it's the "most detailed clean" and "returned the space to its original state." If I scheduled and specifically asked for move in/out cleaning minus a couple things, and i'm quoted a lower price, then I would expect all the other items that are a part of that service to then be included. I messaged this info on the app so things were in writing to see how they'd respond to fix the situation. I was then called and I had to re-explain all this and the misunderstanding. They really did a great job everywhere else but it's that extra 5% where they didn't stick the landing.

The booking process was easy and seamless through their website, and the crew arrived at 8:15am on my scheduled date (even though their arrival window was 8am-10am). Emely and Madelyn were extremely sweet and professional, and immediately showed affection for my pets, which really put me at ease. They asked a few questions about the house, I showed them around, and that was that. BUT WHEN I GOT HOME I was truly blown away by the thorough, immaculate, and thoughtful way that everything was done. I did buy the upgraded "Pre Sale Package," which increases the price a little bit, but includes a lot of upgrades, like windows, deep cleaning the refrigerator & oven (both of which look brand new now), and many many more upgrades. Even though I am not selling my house, I wanted this extra level of cleaning. It was definitely worth it! I have had many professional cleanings, and this was the very very best. By a mile. I am still finding things that they cleaned or polished that I didn't even notice when I first got home, and it's those details (big and small) that have really made the difference for me, and why I am writing this review today. Additionally, and equally as important, the customer service is exemplary. I spoke with Victor at the main office a few times, and he was very responsive and courteous, and really, his goal, and the goal of everyone with Maid Cleaning Nashville, is to ensure the customer is happy. Please read the other Yelp reviews, read the Google reviews, do your homework. But I am testament to their incredible work. I am absolutely going to be a repeat customer.

I was dissatisfied with my one and only service from this company. When I called and emailed them the same day about my experience, I was ignored. Saying that my google review is a week too late and outside a 48 hour satisfaction window is ridiculous cause I tried multiple times and never heard back. The google review wasn't a way to contact you guys again, it was just to share my honest experience. Also, the cleaning did not take 16 hours as you say, it was only 8 hours and 15 minutes. Also, the home has 3400 sq of living/cleaning space, trust the homeowner more than a Zillow listing. The garage is the extra 300 which isn't part of a cleaning. Anyway, the two ladies arrived at 11:30 and left at 3:45pm. I have the timestamp from the phone arrival and text from finishing since I wasn't home during the service. Maybe I was supposed to stay the whole time and watch but I trusted this company. The comment about it being $918 vs $1000 cleaning is irrelevant since the difference is negligible and I applied the discount myself with a code I found, y'all didn't try to help me out or had special customer service when booking so please don't boast about that discount price. If you guys truly made this exception out of the goodness of your hearts, I wish you would have had better communication, especially since this was an expensive cleaning. Nevertheless, I don't blame the cleaners, I blame the customer service. They ignored my follow ups, which included asking about reoccurring cleanings incase my location could work and they would clean better the next time. I was happy to work with them on a future solution if it was possible but never heard back. Just needed you to say you did a job and cannot provide cleanings in the future due to location or anything. Not ghost. You replied so fast on google, it should have been easy to contact me back. In the future, please just say sorry to hear about your experience and thank you for the feedback, that's all. Thanks

    My husband and I hired Renee for monthly cleaning service. We interviewed several people and…read morethought Renee gave us the most honest, straightforward estimate and description of what she would do. She has cleaned for us several times now and has far exceeded our expectations - and does a MUCH better job than the prior cleaning service we used in town, despite being slightly less expensive! She is always timely, texts us when she's done with a reminder of the date of the next cleaning, and lets us know if there is anything we should be aware of regarding the cleaning. She did an amazing job on our master shower, which had years of mildew built up (from prior owners), and she never misses a spot, from dusting all the knickknacks to removing the cobwebs in the basement corners. I would very highly recommend Renee to anyone. We have used many different cleaning services over the past 10 years in several different cities, and I would always recommend choosing a sole proprietor over a service. No matter how good the intentions of the owner, the employees of a service never quite meet the expectations - you can tell corners were cut and certain things were skipped from time to time. Sole proprietors, like Renee, make their living on their reputation and have much more at stake if the customer isn't happy. In my experience, their work is much more consistent and detailed. And if you're thinking about hiring a cleaning service for the first time - definitely do it! It's a small investment, and the time/stress saved by not having to clean on the weekend (on top of groceries, laundry and errands) is worth it several times over.

I have called left messages and texted and emailed them and got nothing from them. I have used them before and the service was good. So I went back to them and got this horrible treatment. I cant understand if you want to set up something with someone to do a service and gonna pay why not call them back to schedule and set a date? i call this bad service and I would never use someone who ignores you as a potential client. it's bad business and if it happens to one person how many more are out there? They are unreliable and doing bad business. I would never use someone who ignores you like they did me. Ex-Amish should never be trusted and are doing bad business and should never be used. They arrived, the ladies were nice; they were cleaning, and I was excited. I hurt my arm and scheduled a deep clean, I love a clean house, and the doctor said I needed to take a break. They were at my house a little over an hour, 3 girls, and I went to help my neighbor in the yard and they ran out of my house waving goodbye. Most maids do a walk through on the first visit before they leave. I went inside and they barely cleaned at all, a bag of coins was taken from the master bedroom side drawer and were in the guest room. I sent pictures to Anna Mae of the dirty oven, the deep clean included oven cleaning, the owner, and she said she could not tell from the picture, so she would send someone to check. I asked for a partial refund, since the job was not done, I feel that is fair
