A few panels needed repainting and some underlying mechanical work performed. The shop is nicely hidden away off of a large road, well off the beaten path. A quick drive through their cramped parking lot and you'll get a sense of why they're the best at what they do. Some of the cars they bring back to life from the dead, full spec racers, classics, one of a kinds, truly amazing work. They're more then happy to spend a few hours talking with you and show you around the place to get you comfortable. They've won at least one concourse award that I know of for their restoration work, and I'm sure many others. Insurance took care of the monetary aspects, but from what I saw, they were more then reasonable, especially given their level of quality and willingness to work with you. What they can't do in house (ECU programing, etc) they send out to a nearby dealership to get taken care of (Hoffman I believe). They have several dedicated mechanics, metal workers, and paint booth workers there, each specializing in certain things. Only negative thing I can say about the shop is that they're always busy, and I mean a few month long wait type busy. Don't start a project or repair expecting it any time soon. A huge queue, and an immense dedication to detail causes projects to take a bit longer then you would normally expect. Give yourself some extra time because you're going to need it. Even if you don't need your car repaired though, go down just to take a look at some of the amazing cars they have sitting around (F1, RSR's, etc).

I'd say that within a week I returned and they removed the tailgate to match it up with a replacement and to paint the new replacement the very same color. So within about a week to week and 1/2 my truck looks like new again. They were able to salvage the rear camera from my damaged tailgate. Excellent work and the service I had selected wired out perfectly for my. The quality of their work was outstanding. Top that off with a great value for the work performed and that definitely made my day wonderful. I'm more than happy to do business with a local family business than any other "big shop" or dealership.

I went due to a car accident from a vehicle backing up into me…read more when I originally got my car back the tailgate was not aligned and it went down rough and jagged. then it wouldn't even open due to the spoiler being separated further then it should from the car. I called them back up and the guy on the phone immediately blamed me for the tailgate not working. after back and forth they told me to bring my car back in. I brought it in and they had it for dayssss without calling me to tell me when I could get it back or any information. they then told me that it would cost x dollars to fix. I argued with them that this wasn't my doing and that it was their issue since they were the ones who were hired to fix it through insurance. they "fixed" it. I got it back and my tailgate is still not aligned properly and my spoiler sits sepersted from the tsilgate. looking further into it they ended up cutting and grinding my clips off of my spoiler (which you can't replace) which is why my tailgate won't open and why my spoiler sits so far away from my tailgate. they were rude to me the entire time and didn't even fix my issue that was all billable through my insurance. needless to say they completely messed my spoiler up. I do not recommend getting work from them. they do shotty work and try to hide their mess ups and blame the car owner. you have been warned.

Luckily a friend was near by to give her a ride & keep her company because the tow truck was over an hour late from the original time we were told. When they arrived, they asked to pay ahead of time ($36) in cash. My wife had to find/walk to an ATM with our baby. They proceeded to load the car....... THEN HEAD ON OVER TO MCDONALDS AND USE THE CASH TO BUY A MEAL! My wife called AAA at 4:00 and didn't get home until 9:00pm with baby screaming. Because it makes perfect sense to look at 2 women & an infant that have been waiting for 3 hours and say "yea, let's get em to pay cash so we can get a burger"....
