He even contacted the customs agent - with a 14 hour time zone difference - to ensure that the chip that our dog got back in 2008 would work with the new rules! Compared to other pet transportation companies that replied to our inquiries with a series of form emails, he took the time to talk to us both over the phone and with direct emails to answer our specific questions, of which we had many! I think they actually did ship animals but now they are not practicing.
