I have never left him with anyone other than my parents / sister to care for him. Martina came over to our home for a meet & greet & Steve immediately took to her. He seemed comfortable and happy around her. We left him with her for just over a week & I felt so at peace. Martina posted plenty of pictures of Steve on her IG page so I was able to see what he was up to and he seemed to be having the time of his life over there. I was worried he would not want to come back home! Martina is awesome at communicating and is very pleasant to be around. I will never take Stevie anywhere else. It takes a while for Bailey to warm up to humans but Martina allowed Bailey to warm up to her at her own pace. After the trial half day, we were excited that Bailey would be in great hands and would have friends to play with!! We left Bailey with Martina for a little under a week and we are so happy with the love and attention Martina provided Bailey. She was very professional and kept us updated every day, either through videos/photos on instagram or through text. Bailey looked so happy in all the photos and videos!!! Im so happy I switched to this vet clinic they are wonderful! I came in with my cat who had been vomiting every morning for the past couple of months. The doctor decided to first change his feeding time before we did lab work. Sure enough that's all it was. He's doing great now. I'm so glad they didn't charge me $700 lab work just to tell me his labs are fine. The staff here are so loving and gentle with your fur baby. Make the change! So glad I did!

They took us back to the comfort room right away and made sure he was as comfortable as possible. The room had a soft rug on the floor as well as a soft blanket on the exam table. Having to fill out the paperwork is the worse part but they were efficient with it and then the tech came in to take him for his catheter. This clinic is cage free to help with stress and the tech even tried to give him some peanut butter. They gave us a few more minutes and the vet came in. It was as smooth and easy as something so hard could be.

As grieving pet owners, we deserved honest answers and understanding--not impatience and dismissal. He also only spent a handful of minutes with our cat! After our decision was made to put down our cat and he administered the medication, I told him directly that he needed to show more empathy to families going through one of the worst moments of their lives. His response was to simply walk out of the room without saying a word. That level of disregard was shocking. What made this even more concerning was hearing from veterinary technicians at the hospital that complaints about his bedside manner are common. If this is a recurring issue, then management has chosen to tolerate it rather than address it. I am nine months pregnant, emotionally exhausted, and will never forget how cold and uncaring this experience was. Losing a pet is heartbreaking enough. No family should have to endure being treated like an inconvenience while making such a painful decision. To the owner and management of this practice: charging premium emergency prices comes with the responsibility of providing compassionate, professional care. Allowing this type of treatment to continue reflects poorly on your entire hospital. I will never return, and I cannot recommend this emergency clinic to anyone seeking kindness or support during one of the most difficult moments of pet ownership.

We called her out initially for an exam and shot update for our Mustang mare. She arrived when she said she would, and spent more time than I have ever seen a vet take in giving a thorough exam, and in petting and establishing a relationship with the horse. You can tell she really, really loves what she does. What really made me love her, though, was when I found out that a horse of mine that I had been leasing out to a family in northern California was being abused. The morning he arrived home I was beside myself, crying at how skinny he had become. I called her, and poured out the long story. She listened, was so kind and sympathetic, and promised to come out as soon as she could. And she did. She recommended a very conservative but safe regime to get him back to health. We have followed it to the letter and the horse has snapped right back. She has taken all our calls and spent an inordinate amount of time explaining the ins and outs of rehab for a depleted animal--all for free, mind you. She is one of a kind. I would entrust any animal to her. The only reason I am not giving her five stars is that you probably wouldn't believe she was perfect--and, I guess, if you are looking for high tech bells and whistles, she is not that. She is an old fashioned kind of vet who believes the most conservative treatments are usually the best if they are coupled with loads of TLC. Dr. Charlie rocks.
