Upon entering the consult room, I was immediately handed 2 brochures (without anyone looking at my skin) and told they really only offer 1 service for the face. The consult was maybe 5 minutes at the most (and that's because I asked questions). It wasn't a true consult. I could have saved a lot of time and unnecessary paperwork (identify theft is real these days) if they could have just answered my question over the phone in 10 seconds. On principle, I won't be receiving services from this place and will look elsewhere.

I was very clear in advance about the treatment that I was booking an appointment for. Apparently it was just a mixup on their end and those I spoke with weren't aware that the treatment isn't something that Ultraderm does. But they never refunded the consultation fee, which I think is unethical to say the least. I spoke to someone who said that they would follow up, and they never did. The whole experience felt super disorganized and frustrating.

She gave me about 6 numbing shots before giving me a biopsy. Once she started removing flesh, I told her I was feeling pain. She immediately told the assistant to get more numbing shots. Shouldn't she have made sure I was numbed before cutting me?? Then I had to get like three more shots, and then I felt more pain and I told her. She said that was "just the cauterizing"! Every time you get numbed the doctor should test to ensure proper numbing before starting to hurt you.
