Where do I start? I got a non spicy margarita frozen and my lips were burning. The music people Kept playing was aggressive. The wait staff were not paying attention and took forever to come back. Natick High School Class of 1972 held our 70 Birthday Party ( for ourselves ) on 9/28/2024. We chose Margaritas due to a great value, no room fee, a broad menu that included Gluten Free options and spillover parking next door at Home Depot ( not easy to find for a Saturday night with 70 attendees.) We had the back 2 rooms and everyone had a great time. Julia, the manager, even assisted with grabbing our group's attention on my microphone with her wonderfully clear vocal skills. Everyone had plenty to eat with lots of leftovers. We charged $45/pp including 6 pitchers of lemonade, tax & tip. read more

We went to the Natick Margarita's and were very disappointed when comparing to their food in the past. The chips were okay, the salsa not very fresh and very bland. The combo fajita skillet included tasteless beans and burnt-on rice. The chicken chimichanga was different than before: different cheese and not on top of the chimichanga. While I am not one to add salt, my partner is, and there was no salt, pepper, or sauce on any of the tables. Service was adequate and the noise level was on the loud side. My wife and I have been coming to Margarita's many years. What we enjoy the most are the very reasonable prices and the plump salsa and chips that are always fresh and crunchy. We started with the Mexican Street Corn and we loved the presentation as they looked like lollipops, which made it easy to share. The corn was great, but it was a bit cold and needed more fresh queso, but with those additions it would improve the appetizer. We then shared the combo fajitas, which came sizzling hot as always. The black beans were delicious and the steak and chicken was cooked to perfection, but needed more meat in my opinion. The Mexican rice lacked flavor, but overall and for the price is not a bad meal. The service was okay, sited a little longer than usual and we had to ask a couple of times for the extra corn tortillas. Waiter was friendly and attentive otherwise and we enjoyed the outdoor patio during a weird Fall Summer day in October. In my opinion, the best place to be us inside the bar area, where the action is. The drinks are always good, they have a lot of TV's if you want to watch game and this is a place to chill and relax after a long day. This is also a very kid friendly place and the reason why we used to come so many times, because our whole family could have a good time and not kill your budget. While the ambiance is what is to be expected from a Mexican Restaurant, the food is not even close. I am still sitting here finishing my beer at the bar while writing this. I ordered a Burrito with rice and beans on the side. The burrito arrived cold to the touch. The beans and rice on the side were also cold but more-so the rice was orange!!!! WTH? Ah now for the service. Luiz N (@the bar) sucks. Never once apologized for the food but we knew that was coming when he barely even said hi when we sat down. Talk about no personality AT ALL. We sit at the bar to socialize and be friendly, Luiz wanted no part of that (even though that's the job of a bartender). He also forgot to add a drink to the tab but added it without saying anything before running my card. I would never recommend this place to anyone. read more

Wow! I was really surprised by the Framingham location! I have never been to a chain mex restaurant before, and honestly didn't really think I would be impressed- but "Wow!" Good service, fast and checked on us regularly! They had delicious salsa and chips... like the salsa was REALLY good, tasted fresh and had plenty of substance to it! Chips were light and crunchy- really good! I had the "Mexican flag" dish which is 3 different enchiladas with different sauces, I asked them to use chicken, pork and beef in each of them- and that's the way to do it my friends!... omg soooooo good! I highly recommend that dish- the green sauce is my absolute favorite! Yummm! Can not wait to go back again! Again ... really impressed! read more

Ai dios mio what a long Ju-waiting time! but totally worth it. It was a great choice on a Sunday with a family of 7 took us about 45 minutes to get seated. The restaurant was busy both with dining in and take out. Needless to say I could eat the table by the time we were seated. They had fresh chips and salsa right away, loved their salsa it had a little kick to it . Everyone was happy with their order. I had the Chile Rilleno and it has been one of the best I've had in San Antonio. Orders were enormous and the service was excellent. I'd definitely return for the food, service, atmosphere, but I'm never a fan of waiting close to an hour especially when the seating area in the waiting room is very limited. read more

Unless you want a drink, go to Chipotle. I am on a super strict budget but decided to treat myself to dinner and a drink and thoroughly wasted my money. I ordered my steak medium well and it was literally charred...tough as leather and had zero flavor. I am so annoyed that I forgot to take a picture. Not a speck of salt, pepper, or any other spice. The beans tasted like lumpy water and the rice was cold, flavorless, and practically raw. I think there was literally 1/32 tsp of cheese on top and a out 1 tsp of sauce on the steak. I only ate it be wise it was $$$ and I was hungry. The chips and salsa were really good but the chips needed salt. The drink..a peach mojito... was good. The waitress asked me how the food was and I was honest and said that the steak was overcooked and bland. She just smiled and said, *well let me know if you need anything else" and walked away. When they bring the credit card processing device to your table, it is auto set to like 22% yeah right. Nice try. read more

This is a $13 meal at margaritas???? Burger (incredibly overcooked) comes with fries which I don't eat. They replaced fries with this "side" of avocado, which I didn't want on my burger. Order was to-go, did not receive and was not asked if I would like condiments. Didn't get napkins. When I'm in town and get ghosted by the locals for dinner, I go to this place, eat a great meal and pop a few Rita's. Close to hotels and definitely traveler friendly. I come here regularly as I live nearby and I usually enjoy it but tonight one of the tables was just out of control with noise. The kids were screaming and yelling at the top of their lungs. And so were the parents for that matter. They disturbed the whole dining room. Normally I enjoyed the festive atmosphere here but this was over the top and management did nothing. read more

I owe this restaurant the very best review!! We have been here three times in the last few weeks and the staff has been amazing! Here are some names I remember : Gabby the manager who let our puppy sit outside! Devin inside and out briefly, Enggi, Rico, and Trisha! All the hostess staff amazing! Definitely skip out this place. Very uncomfortable experience I had, which was poorly managed after the fact by both the management and the corporate office. Upon presenting our IDs to our server while ordering alcohol she asked us "Is this you?". Given that it "was her" this was a rather rude way to ask this. She appeared to not to agree with the member of our party and went back and forth with them until somehow satisfied. When other of our party arrived she really asked them "Are these fake?". As a group of individuals in our early and mid 20's we understand that our IDs are subject to further inspection. However, I reminded our server that if this was a problem- she should probably consult her manager rather than continuing to uncomfortably question us at our table. Already a set up for a horrible night. She had yet to take the order of remaining people in our party, so I myself brought their remaining IDs to the manager to avoid a third uncomfortable questioning. The manager brought them back, without a word. I had to ask him, to make sure they were going to be considered valid. I received a rather long and patronizing lecture on how "this is a college town". If it's a college town, and this happens all the time- why wasn't your served trained to handle this? She was extremely disrespectful. It's okay for servers to have off-nights- but for management to really pile it on to the customers and guilt us for our assumed wrongdoing? No thank you. I contacted the corporate office and received a "we'll tell them probably" response. read more

I love Mexican food!!!! After traveling all day I was ready to eat and Mexican food is what I want when I'm on the mainland. We stopped here and I was happy that we did. Place was a little busy but, we only waited about 5 mins or less to be seated. Food was really good and decent serving size. I would have liked to seen the server a bit more. I don't go to Margaritas often so not sure if all the locations are similar. What grossed me out was at the end of the meal, the server used bare hands to grab the eaten corn cobs from one plate to put on top of another so she can stack the plates directly. I basically watched a not so sanitary way of clearing at the table I'm sitting at. Ewww!!! After eating here, my stomach didn't sit too well.. not explosive diarrhea type but mooshy enough. My dinner was carnitas tacos with a soda. Maybe my fingers were filthy? My better half had the same issue tho he ate a different meal with a fork and knife. read more

Went tonight, Sunday, so pretty quiet. My daughter and I split a fajita with some extra guacamole dip and a couple of drinks. The tequila that should have gone into the drinks is still sitting in a bottle somewhere. Fajitas were very bland. We had to wait a long time to order our food, but I understand that our waitresses conversation with the other waitress 20 feet away from us must have been critical. Naturally, the lowest tip option in their system was 18%. Oh and it was very loud, but I suppose some like it that way. This place is generally exquisite, and the takeout is amazing, but for this review I'll recount our most recent visit. We went on a warm-for-Fall day and sat outdoors. The pre-meal nachos, as usual, were warm and had sufficient salt. My parents ordered diet sodas, while I opted for an alcoholic beverage. I get fruity drinks in that category, but barring hard ciders they haven't worked for me. The one I ordered had fruit alright, but it was overshadowed by the alcohol's bitterness (on the bright side, I saw the place offered "Mexican Rum Cola", so a future sit-down here will see me order that). I ordered a diet soda just to wash the bitterness down. My dad ordered chicken fajitas, while my mom and I ordered beef burritos (I added a side of fries to mine). Dad adored the chicken fajitas (as he has elsewhere, including our two trips to Mexico's Yucatan peninsula), while mom adored her burrito. I liked mine too. For one, it was bigger than I thought it'd be. For another, it was in a pool of tasty, sorta tangy sauce. For another, the beef and other contents of the burrito were a feast for the tastebuds. Yes, a feast within a feast. It helped the fries were hot and crispy. Recommended for dine ins and take out. read more

I made a return trip here for lunch on my last day in Boston. I was happy with the food on my first visit, but today was a different experience. We seated ourselves since there was no host at the entrance. There were three diners in this place. The bartender made eye contact with us, but no one came to give us menus for a good five minutes. Slow service continued throughout the meal. We placed our orders, queso dip, enchiladas, and a chicken chimichanga. We started on our chips and salsa, which went quickly. We wanted more, but no one checked on us. We could hear belly busting laughter from the kitchen. It went on forever before our server came out with the queso dip. As we enjoyed the dip, four servers and the manager, whom we had to talk to later, were clowning around at the entrance. Laughing, jumping on each other's backs, and leaning on the counter. If I owned a business I wouldn't want my employees acting like clowns in front of guests. Find something productive to do if it's slow. I don't need to see you play with your buddies. I'm at a restaurant not a playground. Our meals came. My chicken chimichanga looked ready to be devoured. I unwrap my silverware and there's dried up food on the fork and knife! Oh boy. This is gross. I grabbed silverware from another table, I didn't want to interrupt our server. I slice into my chimichanga...silence. There wasn't that crunching sound you get when you tear into a perfectly fried shell. The flavor was good, but sadly it was soggy. I was disappointed, but wait...I go for a couple more bites since I didn't want to waste it. I encounter something foreign. Plastic. There's a melted piece of plastic in my chimichanga. My friend decided he was afraid to finish the rest of his meal. The manager came over, apologized, and comped my plate. He said the plastic was probably from the bag the shells came from. I showed him the dirty silverware as well. His response was "you guys are not having a good day here." He really should have comped my friends meal as well, it was only $4.99, and he didn't finish because at this point we concluded the kitchen is dirty. read more
