This bar is a local place very low-key but I was there on a Sunday afternoon just for a couple drinks, but the menu looked fabulous and Gina the bartender was super sweet. I enjoyed myself. They also had Tito's and lemonade that was frozen and frozen espresso martinis which looked really good.

Good food (burger and fries and chicken Caesar salad wrap) and great live music! I'm biased because my husband played guitar with a band there called Massive Prophet but they are very fun and it's a low key, nice scene.

Staying at the Courtyard Marriott which is about 3 miles from Joe Sent me on Main Street. Decided to try something along the lines of bar/pub food and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of food at Joe Sent Me. Ordered pickled chicken fingers with a honey mustard sauce and the Cast Away burger with bacon, cheese and thousand island dressing. The chicken fingers were moist and tasty and included a pickle. The Cast Away burger was huge and included a pickle and fries, and definitely better than any 5 guys and rivals burger bars. There is seating on one side of the restaurant and a bar on the other side. This is not the place for healthy food but definitely 5 stars for comfort food.

The perfectly preserved railcar diner (even down to the original refrigerator and clock on the wall) is only one of a few dozen still operating as a diner out of the hundreds that built by the Worcester Lunch Car Co. in the 1940s and 1950s. Maria Kitidis Mackay and her father George bought the diner in January 2020 and one or both of them are usually working the griddle daily.. as they were when I recently visited. I recently stopped in for breakfast two days in a row while visiting friends in Concord and the food was excellent both times. On my first visit, I had the two-egg platter ($8) with a unique Greek loukaniko sausage (+$7). The next day, I had the same platter with traditional pork sausage links (+$3). Both platters came with home fries and toast, and everything was incredibly fresh, hot, and really tasty. My dining companion also thoroughly enjoyed her meals and the classic diner ambiance. She tried the Florentine benedict ($14), which came topped with perfectly sautéed spinach and tomato, and on the next visit went with the spinach and feta omelet ($13). Our servers stopped by a few times to ensure everything was good. The only minor disappointment we experienced was that our servers didn't offer to refill our coffee, but otherwise, it was a fantastic visit. Maybe I should have asked? It is a terrific experience all around. Highly recommend checking this place out if you want great food, unique history, and a classic diner atmosphere! Even taking away a 1/2 star for our coffee snafu, it's still a solid 4.5 stars for the overall experience -- rounded up to 5 stars. PRO TIP: Bring cash. Wilson's does not accept credit cards.

The omelet was ok, and came with toast of your choice, and a generous portion of home fries. I'd order something else next time. -- Corned Beef Hash Benedict $18: this was great! Very satisfying and recommended! This also came with a very generous side of home fries. -- Side of bacon $4/3 strips: we asked for extra crispy bacon and that's exactly what we got. Sooo good! -- Coffee $3: decent coffee with free refills. Great customer service. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Recommended!!

I ordered my usual Greek salad with salmon. Salmon was good crispy on the outside tender flaky inside. Salad greens were fresh and crunch, veggies cucumbers tomatoes and bell peppers fresh. Overall healthy and tasty meal. Hubs got his usual beet salad with salmon which he enjoyed as well. A friend ordered chicken tenders and fries which looked really good and she enjoyed it too. My friend and I both got hot waters which they accommodated no problem. Parking was easy - we lucked out and got parking in the lot behind the restaurant itself! Karaoke was super fun as usual! I can't think of any other place in the greater Boston area that does this and they are amazing. They have a list of songs they can play on demand that is over 16 pages long, covering anything from pop, rock, country, RnB, ballads, showtunes, to metal. They give you an iPad with the lyrics mounted on a mic stand, a full four piece band (guitar, drums, bass, and keyboards), and the spotlight on stage. The crowd is so into it, it does not matter if this is the first time you've tried it or if you're a pro. Seriously, you can not find anything else like this out there of this quality for free. And for it to happen at a quality dining establishment is crazy. Make sure to come early (they start at 8:30pm) as the list fills up fast. Even the bar staff gets into it, and they are amazing.

Our server was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I ordered an Old-Fashioned and my companion a glass of chardonnay, both of which came promptly and were enjoyable. After some inquiries I settled on the self-advertised fall-off-the-bone baby back ribs. My companion asked about a favorite no longer on the menu, a salad with grilled chicken, and after checking with the kitchen our server was happy to report it could be ordered. My companion asked for dressing on the side and unfortunatel the salad came out dressed. Our server was happy to return it to the kitchen and it came out after not too much time had elapsed, the way she'd ordered it. I'm always skeptical that ribs will be fall-off-the-bone but these were close. Unfortunately, they seemed a little off; I still can't decide if they were on the dry side, lacking in flavor, or both. But the meat did come off the bone easily, so there was that. They came with french fries which were good, The location is handy and there is on-site parking. The atmosphere was energetic and it must be a popular after-work place because there were several large (10+) tables occupied. Still, not sure I would go back soon when there are other comparable places in the area.
