The wait is long because the owner personally prepares each order, taking the time to chat with customers and even offer tastings. His warm personality and genuine customer service create a welcoming atmosphere. While my daughter and I waited in line, I noticed an older gentleman I'd seen in videos sharing wine with waiting customers.
