    We stayed at the Margaritaville Hotel last minute when our flight out of Nashville got cancelled. We booked about an hour before arriving at a reasonable price of $150 for the night. Having known the Margaritaville in NYC, my expectations were not high coming here but we just needed a clean place to sleep for the night. I have to say that my experience equally exceeded my expectations. For the first part of our trip, we had stayed at the Holiday Inn Express on Broadway, and it was kind of a dump. Margaritaville Nashville has the vibe and service of a more upscale hotel for a cheap price. Yes, it's not on Broadway and requires a bit of a walk but you shouldn't let that deter you. The lobby is large and filled with all themed decor. Check in was smooth. I like that your room key is given to you as a bracelet you tap on your door instead of a card. Our room location wasn't the greatest but what can you expect booking last minute? Our room was on the 4th floor, and was the only room in the hallway next to the restaurant and bar on that floor (room 413), so we could hear all of the elevator and restaurant traffic. Luckily the restaurant closed by 10pm or so. The room itself was spacious, had a great view of the city and had a large bathroom filled with some amenities such as shampoo and make up wipes. There's also a desk, some chairs and an end table you can hang out in without having to sit on the bed the whole time. The decor was warm and inviting. The room was also clean with many towels provided. After staying here one night, I wish we had stayed here for the entire trip. It was that good. Upon check in, you receive some vouchers for free margaritas downstairs at their JWB Grill restaurant. You also receive some other vouchers for activities around town. The room overall was quiet (once the elevator and restaurant traffic died down) and we did not hear people in adjoining rooms. We had a good nights sleep here. We checked out the 4th floor pool before it closed for the night. What a spectacular view of the city from the pool! The pool is pretty large with ample seating, some of it in the pool itself. We tried the JWB Grill for a late dinner. There was live music which was great. The food was good but as we sat at the bar, service could have been better. There's a Starbucks on site in the lobby, and we had a quick breakfast there in the morning. Overall, I loved staying here and wish we had considered this hotel for the entire trip. I would definitely stay here upon returning to Nashville.

    I was a guest of a timeshare owner and upon arrival the check in process went smooth. We were offered a margarita on the rocks but it was so sweet and for a place like Margaritaville I did expect a little stronger drink or a variety. This is nestling in Club Wyndham which is about a 10 minute walk to Broadway. The place is nice and clean and I like that. The sheets smelled like hospital laundered so heavily bleached but not like some of the higher end resorts where you don't have that type of smell. Also I'm a nurse and didn't like to be reminded of work. They didn't have a sauna or a hot tub for use which ya definitely need after days/nights of drinking on the strip and/or just to warm up. The bathroom only had a half glass partition so I never got really warmed up. Overall we paid less than $150 a night under the owners points and had a suite type of experience with full kitchenette. I ordered groceries to the hotel and able to have snacks throughout if I wanted. I don't think I'd stay here for a regular room. Definitely would go closer to the strip so I wouldn't have to walk so far or take uber.

    I addressed this in a previous review and was told someone would reach out to me. I never received any communication other than a comment on my review. I am now charged nearly $1500 for a room with a cool shower, mold, and housekeeping decided to dump all the dirty linens in front of my door! As stated before I am immune deficient and have to be super careful with germs. this is unacceptable and I am appalled that I got charged this much after bringing this to their attention 4 different times!!

    Had an amazing stay here last week! I was on a business trip but decided to stay here. Valet was easy to use, always on top of it, never had to wait for long for it. Check in was smooth and love the wrist band for a room key, the room smelled so nice when you walked in. It was clean and spacious. Bathroom was nice, shower pressure was average, one of the towels had old blood stains on it which is the only con I had for my room. Bed was comfy and since I had to wake up early each morning noise was also not an issue. I went to the 4th floor every night, the pool itself was nice, never crowded and always very clean. Gym is small but adequate for a workout. Bartenders are all very nice except for one (the girl with the glasses on Wednesday night, she never came over to serve me even though I was standing there right in front of her, she would serve everyone else around me, so that night I just left). One evening I went down to the restaurant downstairs and food was also very good. Loved the Starbucks onsite, easy breakfast!

    I really like this hotel for a couple of reasons. 1. starbucks on site 2. gift shop 3. bar downstairs 4. restaurant up stairs 5. concierge service and travel agent on site to help you plan activities. 6. Great location and in walking distance of Broadway streets Cons: This place is pretty expensive for a weekend stay. (i took more pictures but i can't find them in my camera roll now ) ‍ It's a cute hotel though.

    What a fun hotel in downtown Nashville. I had my sights on staying here after a bit of research on the location and amenities offered. The reviews overall were very positive. Upon arriving valet took care of my car and bags after waiting for a line backed up. Great start. The front desk had my reservation confirmed as an early check in which was appreciated and my room was ready. The staff was professional, but a bit stiff in my opinion for a resort theme hotel. The hotel lobby offered a gift shop and even a radio station, there is an event room downstairs it appears too! Everything was bright, clean and presented like vacation. I liked that! My king suite was prepared and in keeping with the theme of bright colors. A fridge was offered in the room. The bathroom had adequate supplies for a two day stay. I did take advantage of the heated pool which is actually rare in my trips. It's a roof top with a view. I also enjoyed the food and drinks poolside. Service was fantastic! The people watching was pretty darn fun too! Some high rollers were rolling through with some pretty fancy swimwear and dropping a chunk at the bar. I did not utilize any of the other amenities such as the exercise area. I did pop into the gift store which was nice. It had of course Margaritaville themed items. I also took advantage of the lobby Starbucks. I had one incident which drags the review down a full star. I had issues with climate in the room and immediately reported it day one. After returning that evening I expected maintenance had completed the work order. Unfortunately they had not. The room was warm and it was hard to rest. Things happen, but at $375 a night you hope for better. I do recommend Margaritaville and have plans to return to Nashville. Not sure if by lodging yet, but I may give them another try.

    Beautiful hotel located downtown close to everything! Every little detail was paid attention to here. Every time you look around you'll see something else. Margarita glass chandeliers, shark mobiles, flying parrots... They have the Fins Bar and Grill on the 4th floor by the pool and the JWB Grill on the lobby level. They have live music and great drinks. Everything was awesome. Valet was $42 per night compared to $55 at other hotels. Our room was adorable! Even had a "License to Chill" mini fridge. I would definitely stay here again. Especially when every hotel downtown is the same price.

    I had no idea what to expect when booking this hotel, and to be honest, we only found it because the places we wanted to stay were booked. Now that my trip is over, I am so glad we ended up at the Margaritaville Hotel! Let me preface by saying I am not a Jimmy Buffet fan or a parrot head. Nonetheless, the happy vibe with the beachy decor and bright colors made for a really fun stay! The room was clean and the staff was polite. The location was perfect and an easy walk to Broadway and downtown. My only complaint was that I didn't love the bathroom barn door. It didn't lock and had issues staying closed... and nobody wants that! We had drinks at Fins restaurant and that was fun too. I imagine the pool deck gets used a lot, but unfortunately, we didn't have the warm weather. I highly recommend the Margaritaville Hotel!

    Let me preface this with my husband and I travel with Club Wyndham and have stayed in other Margaritaville locations in the south east, so I was surprised when we arrived for our 6 day stay and received a lackluster welcome (just after 5pm CT) that just continued to be all around underwhelming. Aside from asking for an ID and credit card, the receptionist was silent, head never lifted up to so much as smile or make us feel the least bit welcomed. Even after I mentioned we were traveling for my husband's birthday.. silent. No worries tho, she passed us off to the concierge across the lobby. The 2 women there were kind and helpful with lots of knowledge of the area as well and one of them overheard me say it was his birthday from across the lobby and she went in the back and surprised him with a Margaritaville bead necklace with the cutest charms on it. Hope slightly restored. Got put into a room on the 6th floor. Room was small, but we knew we had booked the only room available which was a studio. No margaritaville decor, no lime pillows, none of the stuff you see and expect from one of their locations. Still, the view was great overlooking the pool so we started to unpack and realized there was hardly any storage for clothes, 3 tiny, shallow drawers; 2 of which were inside the closet under the extra blankets & ironing board which rendered the closet useless as it was already cram packed with their stuff. I had to hang all of our shirts and my dresses around the room. I managed to cram our socks and underwear into the 3 tiny drawers. Luckily I pack with storage tubs so we chose to just keep our folded clothes in there at one end of the couch. As you know, Margaritaville locations equip all rooms with a Margaritaville Concoction Maker.. which is awesome, except the refrigerator in the room has no ice machine or ice trays... k, we will carry the bucket out to the ice machines... yeah, the ice machine had what could only be described as snot mixed with melted pink goo dripping from the dispenser. I called the front desk as well as messaged their Facebook page privately to let them know. And we headed to Walmart for a bag of ice and a couple other things determined to not let the start of our trip ruin the whole thing. When we got back the ice machine was still disgusting, but hey, we had our own clean ice so it's someone else's issue now. After mixing up and enjoying a couple drinks in the room we headed out to dinner, woohoo!! There were tools by the ice machine and the front had been removed, so we were glad to see someone had made it up there to clean/fix it. Gone about 2 hours or so and surprise surprise the front plate was put back on, pink dripping goo and no out of service sign. Every person I saw on our floor I gave them a heads up so they didn't unknowingly use and get sick from the ice. (Also note, they forbid you from bringing alcohol (liquor.. you know, tequila, for margaritas?? on the property. Only a 6 pack of beer and 1 bottle of wine.. Jimmy is rolling over in his grave watching me pour Moscato into my weak margarita) At 2 other locations that we have stayed in without even having to ask, we have received vouchers for the much touted "free margarita when you arrive".. I didnt really care about that, but while my husband went to get our car on day 2, I snuck over to the desk and there were 3 employees standing there and no other guests. So I asked if they do anything special for birthdays, I don't expect anything, but again, every other location has rolled out the best "make you feel good" service when we stayed in Atlanta for his 43rd birthday and again for our wedding night, so I thought I'd take a chance and ask, 2 of the 3 responded uh no with snarky attitudes and the 3rd just rolled his eyes and turned away. So that made me feel super good. I just said "ok, I'm sorry" and walked away. I didn't bother them again. We are on day 5 of 6 and we've decided to leave early and head back home. Do better, Nashville Margaritaville Hotel, the other locations make yall look like trash. Pictured below is the ice machine taken as we left a couple hours ago. 4 days after they became aware of how gross it was.

They cheapened the breakfast and the nightly snacks/bar drinks. We stayed 3 nights and given the cost was 293+ tax the first night 393+ tax and 493+ tax for the Friday night, they are really taken advantage of people coming to Nashville. I am a Platinum Marriott Member and Gold Hilton Member and usually stay there. The first room we were given was on the lowest floor overlooking their rooftop with air conditioners. I was able to change it for a 19th floor room with a city view. Back to breakfast....All 3 days was scrambled eggs, sausage patties, square potatoes, biscuits and gravy. They had a large grill but were not doing omelets. They did them in the past. You could make a waffle using the same units at all hotels like Hampton and Holiday Inn Express. Higher end hotels will make them for you. They had apples, bananas and oranges. The bowl of fruit (matched the hampton's) but there's was wilted and soggy (cantaloupe, honeydew, pineapple and grapes). Last day they had non. Milk was out of a machine and yogurt was 1 flavor along with hardboiled eggs. They did have pancakes off to the side by the grill and cheese you could add to your eggs. The "fantastic" sitback and enjoy spread was a joke. 1 night pseudo chicken alfredo. Another night horrible pork bbq and tacos the last. All nights had baked potatoes and chips with salsa. My wife was shocked at how downhill it went. You were given 3 bar tickets per person. They now limited you to 5 specialty drinks (1 being Margarita, 1 cherry flavoring with vodka and sprite with sour mix ) or regular water downed drinks The only positive was you could get fountain pop all day. From 4 to 8pm they popped popcorn in the lobby. I had to remind them 1 day. The fitness center was nice but the pool didn't open until 9AM. I wanted to do at 830 before heading out. I am on eastern time while they are on central time. There is no restaurants in the hotel. I don't count the bar with limited options for food. See my pictures for the menu. The rooms are very basic. They were clean. I had to chase the cleaning staff each day for more towels and even toilet paper! The hotel has no concierge. Parking is $42 a night for self-park. The location is very convenient but so are several other hotels.

Here are a few of the things we appreciated about the Hyatt Place Nashville Downtown: The location couldn't have been better. It was only a short walk to all the best bars and restaurants. We always felt safe walking alone or with a group. Our rooms were very clean and well appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Included was a complimentary breakfast where we had a variety of choices such as: hot, cold, sweet, and savory selections. Every employee we encountered was very friendly and accommodating, but I want to give a special shout out to Danny at the bar. Not only was he fun to talk to, he made a fabulous mimosa! We hope to make this an annual Girl's Trip, and when we return, we will happily stay at Hyatt Place Nashville Downtown.

Even though they advertise "The Placery" as a dinner option, we were told they "ran out" of everything and could not serve us. The hotel was nearly empty so that didn't make sense. They suggested we get back into our car and go find food elsewhere. That was the last thing we wanted to do. Our dinner was a bag of chips! I can't express how disappointing this was. The room itself was nice and the location is good, but basics like a burger or sandwich for hungry and wearied guests is expected. For the price of the room I think food offerings should be mandatory.

I was able to book our 4 nights through a combination of Hilton Points and my annual free night off my Amex credit card. Such a deal! And as a Diamond member, I had use of the Executive Lounge and a $30 food and beverage credit. We all had a very pleasant stay. The room was roomy and comfortable, the shower water was hot and strong, and we slept well. Our window faced towards the Hockey Arena, and there was selective Broadway-related noise in the evening. That became background noise soon enough that really didn't affect sleep. However, I suspect that this Hotel is due for some refurbishment as the armrests on the couch were worn and at least one cabinet molding came off. Housekeeping sometimes came late in the day, and after they skipped us after the first night, we made it a point to remind them. As for the $30 food credit, we used the convenient coffee kiosk by the elevators often. Fruit, cookie bars, coffee, and other snacks were often available at the Executive Lounge, although I found this to be one more basic offerings that I'd experienced with Hilton. We didn't really figure out how to have a proper breakfast here, but there were plenty of excellent choices within a short walking distance. The Italian restaurant (separate review) was a pleasant surprise one night for dinner, in terms of value, good food, and excellent service. Then there were the 3 elevator banks, one of which was out-of-service, and required knowing that there were 2 call buttons to keep track of. Parts of the day did require some waiting as every floor (of 10) was often in play. As we headed back to the airport yesterday, I agree with my brother-in-laws comment that with all the location and room positives, this hotel lacked a certain character. Maybe it was size, maybe it was good service without a lot of personality, or maybe because of where they are, they can mail it in occasionally. Or maybe the little things we noticed started to add up. I'm a loyal Hilton Honors member, but if there's a next time for Nashville, I might look at some of their other nearby options.

The front desks is a bar, and that should tell you a lot about the property. 2. The live music in the lobby has been great. It's nice to grab a drink, hear some live music, play some pool without having to leave the property yet. 3. Amazing location steps from Broadway bars and music 4. Everything is clean and simple. The negative reviews for this property are crazy. 1. You have to be a particular kind of Karen to complain about the noise from the street. You are on Broadway. There will be street noise. It will continue until 3am. The hotel provides earplugs and white noise generators. If this is going to be a problem for you then book a hotel out in Brentwood. 2. The rooms are small and sparse. They are also clean and cozy. I love it. You aren't coming here to hang out in your room. This is a fun, unique property. If you are expecting a Courtyard (or a Sheraton) book one of those instead. If you have any level of chill and are open to something unique right in the middle of the action, then stay here.

Our room overlooked the local bars and was just the right size for us. The rooftop restaurant was perfect for grabbing a drink and a late-night snack. You can definitely hear the nearby music into the late hours, but after a full day of traveling, we still slept well. If you want to be right in the middle of the action, this is a great place to stay!

To be honest, this hotel is on a whole another level than what I normally do. Since the conference is here, and we have a booth, I drove up from the Atlanta suburbs. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Jon, who was the first valet that got to me. Super friendly, and helpful. I owe him an apology, I thought I gave him the keys but since it wasn't my normal vehicle I apparently kept them in my pocket. He had every right to call me an idiot but he was laughing with me as I sheepishly handed them over. Josh helped me unload my car, with my suitcase, and boxes full of stuff for our booth exhibit that will be set up on Tuesday afternoon. Friendly guy, helped me get a luggage cart and get to the front desk. From there, Jon was the person tasked with helping me get my bags upstairs to my room. Jon was awesome, talked about places to go, what's around, and if I needed any advice he could help. I grabbed a map and he took a pen and marked where the hotel was so I could get my bearings easily. Raj was manning the desk where I was waiting, and he was also really professional and courteous. Was able to accommodate me with an early check in, so that I could put all my things away. My room is epic, I have a great view of the ATT building (the "Batman") and some of the rooftops on Broadway (I think?) This morning I went out to grab two more colleagues. Valet Parking has in and out privileges so Austin was the guy who not only got my car...but later I realized I left a bag and my room fan when I came back. Austin was kind enough to grab them for me without bringing the car around. I appreciate this top level attention and service. So many things around this area. Food options, Assembly Food Hall, 5th and Broadway, Bridgestone arena. Loving it so far, it's my first time in Nashville proper and I am here all week. Can't wait! Thanks to the team that have helped me so far: Joe, Josh, Jon, Austin, and Raj! Grateful to have experienced this property and hope to be back for personal reasons someday.

    I purchased the Omni with Love package. I did not receive a phone call from a concierge to help…read moreplan our stay. I did not receive the guaranteed late check out. I was charged extra for the strawberries and champagne when I had already paid for it by purchasing the "With Love" package to begin with. I was charged an additional 56$ for in room dining that I never even purchased at all. I also didn't receive my $50 credit that the "With Love" package is supposed to come with. I brought these issues to the staff's attention upon checkout when I received my bill and saw so many things wrong with it. The person who answered the phone (night auditor) was leaving around 7am and told me he couldn't help me and that I needed to call back later to speak with a manager. He did not take notes or pass my issue along to anyone, so when I called back later, no one was aware of what happened. To make matters worse, it took a manager 1.5 hours to resolve the issue after my initial phone call at 7am. I called the front desk 3 times and after 1.5 hours with no call back or resolution, I had to go down there myself and demand to speak to a manager. This was my first wedding anniversary with my husband and we will never forget it because of how bad the service was. Even with the additional charges being removed and the manager refunding us about $100 in bar charges, it wasn't enough to make the situation better. We should have been refunded for the entire "With Love" package and charged a standard room rate for our entire stay since the entire "With Love" package was not delivered as promised on the Omni website. The manager tried to help us and did what she thought made sense (removing the charges and comping some bar drinks from our tab), but that doesn't make up for ruining our first wedding anniversary. I NEVER should have had to follow up on any of this. The "With Love" package should have been experienced as advertised and if they couldn't do that, I shouldn't have been charged for it at all. It changes your nightly room rate to a higher cost than what standard guests are paying. I still paid "extra" and didn't receive what I paid for.

Shana was the one who helped us upon arrival and my gosh she was amazing. So polite, inviting and overall gave us such a good experience and feel that we ended up cancelling our other hotel to continue our stay at JW Marriott for the remainder of our stay in Nashville. She really needs a shoutout by the way she treats people! Exceptional. Room was great and pool was fun too!

The bar on the top floor the host or whoever he was said there closing and no service at the bar. May we just look around for a second? he followed us to the bar and the bartender asked if we wanted a drink uh sure but I thought you we're closin. No sir you have 15-20 minutes I turned and looked at the host who said they were closed and I asked if we could sit and the end of the bar and he said that section is closed. so we ordered our drink and stood there drinking it and the bartender said we could have a seat at the other end of the bar where the host told us no. I've had better service at Fairfield Inn in Arkansas coming and headed back home than the stay in Nashville. Never again will I stay at the JW Nashville. Tried to let a manager know how their service is below Marriott standards and he could care a less Why shouldn't he care when we're paying 800.00 a night.
