A free sample gets me every time. This time, it was as we were passing through the food court in Tysons and someone at Marhaba asked if we wanted to try the Shawarma chicken. It was good. Tasty with just a little bit of heat. Next thing you know we were adding all sorts of veggies to our chicken shawarma bowl and enjoying it. There are many, many options to add to the bowls from individual veggies such as corn, legumes such as chickpeas, starches such as potatoes and two kinds of rice and salads, such as tabbalouh and the list goes on. We piled on just about everything and it all went together really well. The service at Marhaba was very friendly and helpful. There is plenty of room in the food court to sit and eat. Marhaba is definitely a place we would choose again if hunger strikes as we shop.

I don't usually leave reviews for mall spots, but I figure I may as well bite. I was at Tysons mall earlier this week attending an event, and stopped by food court at Tysons near the AMC theater. Needless to say, there were no good options to be had. There was a 5 Guys, but why do I wanna eat that all the time. I decide to support local business, so I eventually rolled the dice with Marhaba. Server or guy at the counter was nice to me and he gave me a little of everything (mixed bowl) with chickpeas and also I opted for the Lamb Mandy, which was the oversized lamb piece, second from the right. Turns out not so a good idea. I will rate up one star, as service was good and server was friendly. He asked if it was to go, then paused in spooning the sauce and actually provided a separate cup just for that. So that deserves praise and thanks. Unfortunately, the food as a whole was largely a debacle, and to be fair it is unlikely to be salvageable no matter the effort made. Lamb sauce was largely just liquid fat. Lamb chunk was covered in a thin wrapper of fat which was very hard to take out. I tried to eat only the inside, healthy dark-brown lamb pieces which were not fat. But it was hard to separate it, and after a day the sauce was thrown out as was not worth warming it up. Overall, for the 20$ I spent here, I got back maybe a quarter of what it was worth. Because I threw out all the fat, and most of the lamb with it. The bowl was passable and it was just not terrible. It was ok. Supporting local business is a passion of mine, but in this case it was a bust. Again, I want to be gracious and so I rate up in this review. I likely won't be back here, however.

I have eaten here a couple times, and for a food court restaurant this stands out for having better than food court food. Today I had the chicken wings, which is one of the best wings I have ever had. Very extra crispy, flavorful, very good. But beyond the wings, try out their lamb, fish and other dishes for not so food court food.

Upon coming to the food court, I was deciding what to get and just randomly chose this place. The food, wow, was sooooo good. I got two of the chickens and they were bursting with flavor once I took a bite. The rice was well cooked and all of the other add ins had so much flavor too. The service was great as well. The lady who had helped me was really kind and nice. Would totally revisit this place!

Delicious chicken shawarma and the mango juice is EVERYTHANG! Can't wait to return! I will be back soon!!!!!

Yummmmm. I can't believe this is in a mall food court. I can see this making the most decadent spread for a party. Holy cow it's delicious. Chicken Schwarma w allll the sides so I can try them all. Party in my mouth.

Half and half white rice and yellow rice, shawarma, okra, corn, veggies, side of garlic sauce, and mango drink with ice.

It's inside Tyson's Corner Mall. I was walking around and they gave me a free sample of their shawarma, so they were so sweet. I looked around the food court for something to eat. At first, I was craving Korean fried chicken, but then I also like to try new food and new restaurants. I gave it a try and it was delicious and so fresh. I would eat it again!

The staff has always been friendly and attentive. On this visit, we ordered the appetizer sampler, lamb chops, and the Adana kabab. Everything was excellent. The appetizer sampler is a great way to start the meal, the lamb chops were cooked perfectly, and the Adana kabab was flavorful and well seasoned. My only disappointment came at the end of the meal. We were planning to order dessert, but the kitchen had already closed. It would have been nice if our server had stopped by a few minutes earlier to let us know the kitchen was about to close and ask if we wanted to order anything else. That small bit of communication would have made the experience even better. Overall, this is still a great restaurant with delicious food, excellent service, and a beautiful atmosphere. The inside is a bit cramped, I did have a little anxiety because there's really no space between you and the person next to you and there's just a small path to walk around. Parking is around back of the building, it has signs up that it's parking for that building only. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area.

We were having dinner with some friends and this was centrally located - plus one of our friends is Persian and she insisted - so we were offered a lovely glimpse into this beautiful cuisine. As any of you who have read my reviews know, I am Greek and Greek food is among my favorites. Well, Persian food is "kinda sorta" like Greek food only slightly different to keep it interesting. I was pleasantly surprised. We started out the meal with a sampling of appetizers. Zucchini fritters, hummus, fresh tomato salad, octopus, beet salad. All wonderful and all perfectly prepared and beautifully presented! For our main course, we had some lamb, a ground beef kabob and chicken kabobs. All wonderful. The lamb was - in my opinion - perfectly cooked; the meat was "fall off the bones" tender, just the way I like it and just the way that Greek cuisine would cook it. I did not need a knife to cut it. WOW!!! There was also a beef stew so luxuriously seasoned that it transported me to the Middle East! Cinnamon, probably star anise, cloves definitely! Really different and lovely. As good as all the food was, the rice might be the star of the show for me. They have a way of preparing rice so that it has a crust to it. The outer layer is crispy, crunchy (in a good way) and I loved that. The inside rice is tender and chewy. Divine Divan!!! The ambiance of the dining room is okay. Nothing special. Nothing wrong with it, but nothing to add an additional star to this review. Service was professional and fast. Will I return to Divan? Oh yes! Do I recommend it? Oh yes but not on a night when I want a table there!!!

Everyone was smiling, friendly, and extremely patient, which made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. The appetizers and salads were excellent--fresh, healthy, and thoughtfully prepared. The menu selections are well chosen and balanced. The main courses were absolutely delicious, rich in flavor, and beautifully presented, with outstanding quality and variety. The level of professionalism shown by the staff was exceptional. Their smiles never left their faces, and they handled our orders with great care and attention. Usually, in most restaurants, one person is assigned to serve your table, but here we noticed that all team members take turns checking on you and making sure you are fully satisfied. This teamwork truly reflects a high standard of service and hospitality. This atmosphere strongly encourages anyone to visit and enjoy a fine dining experience--whether with family, friends, or colleagues. We highly recommend this restaurant to everyone looking for quality food and outstanding service. The experience concluded with a lovely gesture of hospitality: serving delicious baklava and authentic Turkish tea, which was a perfect ending to an already memorable meal. Honestly, I have traveled to Dubai, Egypt, Morocco, France, Italy, and the United Kingdom, and I have not encountered food this delicious, service this professional, and a place this pleasant. It is an excellent venue for inviting loved ones and absolutely worth visiting--you will not be disappointed. Special thanks go to AYHAN for his supervision, professionalism, appreciation for food quality, and close follow-up with the staff to ensure everything runs smoothly. We also ordered the Mezze Platter for one--knowing we would never be able to eat the same amount for two people, and were happy to split the hummus, spiced chicken strips, yogurt, sausage, feta, and lovely tomato shaped like a rose. The Doner Kebab orders were delicious--and huge. We definitely were full and hesitated before ordering a piece of baklava to split, but that would have been a mistake! Their pistachio baklava is made especially for them by a local woman and was, perhaps, the best baklava I have ever had. Service was impeccable even though they were very busy.
