Tech ordered the 2 parts necessary and an installation tool came with it, but the major part did not, even though he checked to make sure he ordered it. Also, UPS said only 2 parts delivered. Do not buy an extended warranty with Home Depot, Sears or anywhere that A and E are their repair service. I will never purchase through Home Depot again.
