I've hired many cleaning services in the past and paid for deep cleanings when tenants move out. The detailing is not there and they don't include cleaning inside of appliances in the deep cleaning. I found grease on the surfaces of the kitchen appliances. When I questioned the detailing the owner sent the team back, but they were not happy to have to return and were a bit aggressive about not liking the job they did. After they left, I found additional cob webs throughout the house, but I didn't want to ask for them to come back due to the teams reaction. I don't recommend for a deep cleaning. Ask what they cover for move out vs deep cleaning to see if it's worth for them to come out. Keep in mind their version of deep cleaning is different than most other companies. read more

Unfortunately I did not receive the services I expected. They were responsive and on time but when done cleaning the counters in my kitchen were not completely cleaned nor was the sweeping done under the couches in my living room. The job was kind of rushed and the attention to detail was lacking as I found some of the debris that was on the floor prior to cleaning still there. I reached out to express my concern and was never responded to. Unprofessional in my opinion. Please be more attentive to the concerns of your clients. We have been using Mariann's service for several months now and I couldn't be happier. They are extremely fast and efficient, which we greatly appreciate! We have 3 dogs, so dust and hair are always our biggest issues. When they leave, everything is spotless and no dog hair floating around! I hired them to help with my dads apartment. My dad was 78 and he just didn't have the energy to lew his place clean. They were excellent. Cleaned the place very well and with great detail. They even left cute little notes with the washcloth created animals. My dad said the team was great and always went the extra mile to help him keep his place clean. I'll start with the pros. This company showed up the same day I called them for an emergency cleaning since my regular service cancelled due to a covid exposure, two days before Xmas. The bedrooms and bathrooms were cleaned well. The counters & floors on the other hand... my counters have crumbs from this morning all over them! Did they forget? And there are sticky spots and crumbs all over the floor! I let them know as they finished that I am stepping on crumbs???? They picked up a couple with their fingers??? Candy gives me her venmo info for me to send payment, & after I paid, shows me that she "Had an accident" and broke a shelf off of my wall blaming the "narrow space" by my Xmas tree. My wall is scraped, a decoration from my wedding day is broken, and as I walk through my kitchen, there is more crumbs on my floors. And my sliding door was completely neglected, the response, "The sliding door isn't part of our regular cleaning". Invest your money elsewhere if you want a thorough job that you paid for. I would not recommend this service. Very disappointing. read more

Good team that works hard. They drove all the way from Riverside to make it to my house (55 mi drive) at 6 AM. The price is equal or more affordable than other similar cleaners. They do charge extra beyond your quote if there are things you find that need work which were not initially requested. Make sure you clarify exactly what you need done. Overprice for what they can offer. Very standard cleaning that everyone can do, all they do is SURFACE cleaning, do not expect them to wipe off shelves or anything. They even broke my large ceramic container and no compensation or explanation even after I messaged the business owner. Would not recommend.
