My appointment was at 9:30am. So I arrived around 10 minutes early. There was no wait and the receptionist finished checking me in at 9:24am. (There is paperwork to fill in for new patients, which they have you print out at home and fill out beforehand. I've never had to do that before, but something to note if you don't have a printer. I would assume they have workarounds.) They have a waiting area, where I waited before I was put in a room and checked for vitals at 9:38. And I was seen by the doctor at 9:49. So pretty standard wait time. Staff was nice and friendly. They have a small kitchen area where you can get water. Their water machine was broken but the receptionist was happy to help me pour it out of the jug into my bottle. They have wifi while you wait (connection was pretty bad, otherwise. Internet was barely working in my phone. I have ATT.) Also, they have you wash your hands before coming in. Seems like the waiting area has a lot of books so maybe it's to keep everything clean for all patients. Apparently not a Korean clinic, but the owner is Korean, doctors speak Korean, and they have many Korean patients. My care was in English. I saw the newest doctor there, Dr. Yu, who gave me an annual physical. She listened to all my questions and provided good information, as well as looked through my past information and helped me order bloodwork. They apparently can do blood work on site Tuesdays and Thursdays after 10am, or you can go through Labcorp. Overall, it was convenient, and the clinic was nice. I got an appointment pretty quickly (within a couple weeks of scheduling).

I needed a second opinion to be cleared because of my age for a operation. I continually got text messages about this appointment . Within 24 hours of the appointment I was called and it was cancelled the next appointment 7 weeks away When you miss your appointment frequently your charged for not showing But a Doctor can do it to you without any consequences or repercussions I would never recommend this Doctor!!!!! How Arrogant!!

The nurse practitioner has an extremely aggressive bedside manner, telling what symptoms she thought I should be experiencing, even though I wasn't. Dr. Lizotte freaked my husband out telling him I was going to have a stroke or cardiac episode. He insisted I should go to the ER because something was wrong. He insisted the ER nurse would look at my blood pressure and rush me back. Not the case at all, I ended up spending 8 hours sitting in an ER and left with no diagnosis, normal labs and EKG. The folks in the office there don't even know how to take a manual blood pressure, they solely rely on machines to do their job! Do better folks! Don't go here for healthcare or to participate in a study.

I saw Dr. Hall once and never returned after he referred to my last menstrual cycle as my "lady…read morething." As a medical professional, he should be able to discuss basic health topics without using infantilizing language. On top of that, the office submitted a claim to my insurance in January and never contacted me again. I received no bill, no calls, nothing...until December, when I was suddenly notified that a $100 charge I'd never been told about was sent to collections. When I called billing, Domingo claimed they had emailed me multiple times, but couldn't provide proof or even confirm what email address they used. His dismissive and rude attitude was the final straw and is exactly why I'm writing this review. Other reviews mention repeated billing issues, and based on my experience, their billing department is clearly disorganized. Save yourself the frustration and find another provider.

He's detailed and covers all the important things during a visit. Agree with other review that the onsite ability to draw blood is such a time saver rather than getting stuck at Labcorp for half the day. Everyone courteous and they respond to my messages quickly. They use Epic which is easy and interfaces with many other systems such as Scripps. As an aside, he is internal medicine ,and while family medicine doctors are also great, I feel like IM docs do a great job with any complex adult issues in particular. This review is completely my own and done at my own prompting. I have no affiliation at all with the practice.
