I did Maricris's six week online challenge, so this review is solely on the online training/coaching I received from her. It was a six week challenge that included biweekly check-ins, weekly workouts, and nutrition plan. The first six weeks I didn't follow the nutrition plan, however I still successfully gained muscle and lost a tremendous amount of "back fat". I told her that once summer hit I would redo the challenge and be stricter. When I did, I lost 10 pounds, an additional 2 inches in my waist and hips AND I have back muscle definition I didn't even know was possible for me. If your someone wanting to get back into fitness (like me) or are just starting out, I highly recommend the program! In addition, Maricris kept me so motivated the entire time.
