I'm on track to being in the best shape of my life. Initially, I expected that working with a personal trainer would help keep me disciplined and ensure I pushed myself during workouts. Cora has certainly done that--but she has also surprised me by adding value in ways I didn't anticipate. First, she really listens to my feedback and ensures that I don't get injured. In the past, when working out on my own, I occasionally hurt myself by doing exercises incorrectly. With Cora, I feel confident knowing she's watching closely and adjusting my form as needed. But what sets her apart even more is her ability to tailor my workouts thoughtfully over time. She's constantly updating and refining the exercises to ensure I don't overdevelop certain muscles or throw my body out of balance--something she refers to as "sculpting." Her expertise and attention to detail are unmatched. Cora is truly a master at her craft.
